Sent flowers thru this company to Hungary! A few issues with address and phone number- they sent a text to communicate the issues, we addressed them by correcting them- flowers were delivered. GREAT customer service and I will use them again! Thx!😃🌷

I sent a gift basket to my friend in Germany. The customer service throughout the whole process was outstanding! I was able to communicate with the representatives over the phone and emails. They helped me to pick up my order and gave me suggestions. I had some issue with order delivery due to hot weather. I spoke to Alex about it, and he was able to resolve my issue pretty quickly. He notified me about the issue and provided resolution. I was very happy with the service and the company. I will recommend to others and will use this company again in the future.

Terrible service. My parents sent me flowers that were meant to be delivered on my birthday a few days ago. 3 days later, no news, and the driver had just disappeared with the flowers. Clearly it is too late for the delivery now as it was time-sensitive. Thank you for causing so much sadness to my parents, who live overseas and were hoping to surprise me.

from the beginning to the end...they followed the order all the way thru and made sure the gift was delivered even with some obstacles in the way... This is the 4th time I have used them to deliver gifts from the USA to Okinawa Japan. Thanks again for your continued service.

I had very bad experience with this company. Unfortunately my basket was never delivered. Very disappointed and extremely not recommended this business. Very bad and not professional customer service and communication. Please be aware from this business.

On this day, my parents celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary and were forced to be at home all day to receive this gift from me. No one from your company even tried to contact them or me, although you had all our phone numbers. Nobody called to apologize. Your company ruined our anniversary for all of us. And please tell everyone how after my order was placed you wanted to exchange a package of expensive cheese ( it was out of stock) for a pack of cheap crackers, assuring that it was the same, and then when my order was not delivered you wanted to buy my silence first for $40 and then when I refused it you increased it to $65. And how can people do business with you after this?

The delivery of my girlfriends favorite flowers (tulips) was delivered next day even though it was a national holiday. This service was so awesome! I've bookmarked it and will actually be using it again next. Exceeded my expectations!

I ordered several orders to Germany, Thailand, and Australia, all orders were delivered on time and my colleagues and friends were absolutely amazed by the gift quality! I will definitely order again

I live in Panama and wanted to send a gift to Kenya. The package was wrapped beautifully and delivered exactly on the date I wanted. This is excellence and quality👌

Wayyyyyyy overpriced for their service and they did not follow or respond to any of my requests. I ordered 2-3 weeks ago and asked for a photo of the basket before it went to my boyfriend. They said they would. No email or photo was sent. I spent $460 Aud in total and was very disappointed in what was received. It does not look anywhere near $400 worth of goods. I asked them to send the fluffy teddy and to have no I love you message on the teddy. They sent the ugly teddy that I asked them to avoid and it has love written on the feet. Not the worst thing admittedly, but when you are spending big money for small ticket items it would be nice if requests are at least tried to be accommodated - which in my case they were avoided. I also ticked to spend $98 for PREMIUM chocolates. My partner received a box of guylians which retail no more than $15 aud in store here. Very low end chocolates for the highest price imaginable.

I wish I had risked customs and made the box myself. I could have done a hell of a lot better for a hell of a lot less spending.

I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

Be very careful as I am realising now that this company is an absolute scam!!!!!!!!!!!

I made a bulk hamper order, to be delivered to multiple people in multiple locations. I however made a mistake with one of the addresses I supplied. To my pleasant surprise, this mistake was flagged by Giftbasketsoverseas and pointed out to me, with the right address suggested. This as far as I'm concerned is exceptional. All of my hampers were then delivered to all the recipients write on schedule. Two thumbs up to you
