A great way to get discounted gift cards, and I love that you can do custom ones as well. They make for special gifts when you can upload a picture! So far I've had no problems with Gift Card Granny!

I bought my mother a $495 gift card for her birthday, there ended up being an unauthorized charge for it's entirety so obviously something was fraudulent from the start. We attempted to contact the merchant as advised by support which led to nothing, and now "GiftCardGranny" is refusing to assist with initiating a chargeback on the fraudulent purchase. More than likely I am going to have contact my bank and just dispute the purchase of the $500 online gift card. I suggest avoiding this business at all costs if you value your time, money, and security.

Do not buy these gift cards…they automatically get declined in a restaurant due to them adding an additional 20% in case you want to use it for tipping. I did take out and it was declined…furious!

Getting a gift card for less is great! It's like free money when you get it for less, and there are tons of brands to choose from. Plus, when you don't know what to get someone for a present, a card like this for a store that you know they like to shop at is a good choice.

They are most definitely committing fraud and scamming people. They aren't scamming everybody, to keep the name legit but they are doing it. I ordered a gift card using my credit card because I needed cash before my card arrived. I was charged instantly, received an email of purchase then an email stating the gift card was ready. I went through the process of creating an account just for the card to say processing. I found that weird since I received an email stating it was available, and any time I purchased a card in the past it was available within minutes. I reached out to cx care, its a bot. Even emails are AI. The email response said to give it 4 hours but I wanted to nake it very clear via email that I was scammed to show my argument as proof to my bank. I then received an email saying my refund was processed and another saying my refund was approved, never put in for a refund but I damn sure as Hell better get it.They used excuses for me not receiving my merchandise such as having issues with payment and order delivery. The moment I seen still processing on my digital card I knew I was scammed. They took my money instantly only to then say they will refund it back in 5 business days.🤨 Fraud.com

Lots of options for gift cards - including some at a discount! I love saving money, so being able to earn a little bit of cash back is nice, and it can really add up, especially if you're buying gift cards frequently.

Very clever website! There's a huge choice of cards available, and at a discounted rate which is a nice incentive to buy here rather than directly from the brand. I like the build-a-card option to create a visa gift card with a custom photo!

It's a good way to buy gift cards to send to others. I read a concerning range of review experiences but had no issues. I have no complaints, seems similar to other retail sites.

Scam site and would not let me use the promotional code I should have been able to use. Once they got my money, they wanted to know 100 questions just to see my gift card and I am not giving them any more information. I would not use this site!

My daughter needed money and due to a few uncontrollable circumstances, the only way to get her money was to send her an e-gift card. I've done this before using Vanilla or Gifcardmall.com etc. Never had a problem and the cards went through in minutes.

I chose to use to Gift Card Granny this time because their fee was slightly less. Boy have I learned my lesson. That extra dollar or two in fees would have been well worth it, as we are now hours later and she is still getting a message about the card still processing. No-one answers when you call so i tried to use their chat feature. Someone finally got back to me telling me that even those the recipient received an email stating that they've received a gift card, and when I log into my account, it says the order is completed, she still has no access to it.

Makes absolutely no sense. Bottom line, if you expect to have access to the money you are sending in a timeline manner, chose another site.

NOT ABLE TO ACCESS the Gift Card at the store, Dunkin Donuts.I bought a $25.00 Gift Card for a birthday present for a friend. The Digital Gift Card(s), order #GCG-0815-36X5-M00P was sent via Email. My friend received the email, clicked on it and saw the Gift Card on his phone. When he went to Dunkin Donuts, he told me he tried to use it and failed. He asked two staff people to help. They could not. I said never mind, I will give you cash and dispute that Charge. Gift Card Granny now states the Gift Card has been redeemed although my friend was never able to use it. Gift Card Granny is running a scam, I.e. Faulty Business Practices. I called the company. Their agent told me the Gift Card was redeemed. No refund. If you click on the link to read the Gift Card, they consider that Redeemed although It Never Was Used. The company refuses to Refund although they state they will. See below. The Gift Card I purchased was unable to be Redeemed.

Worst online experience. I ordered online. I received e-mails with confirmation numbers. My credit card company rejected me due to fraud concerns. I resolved the issue with my bank, but the gift card fanny then rejected my card. I tried to reorder, but it would not go through. I reached out to their chatbot, but no help. Customer service reached out but did not provide a way for me to dialogue with them. Any company that cannot provide a real person for customer service doesn't deserve my business. I recommend going to another company.
