This company is completely fraudulent and they mislead customers. I purchased a $100 gift card for my father (Father’s Day) and the vendor I selected was Virtual Sheetz which I thought was just a name but it was some sort of gas station chain. The chain isn’t in the state where my father resides, so cannot be used. They’re only in 7 states. There was no information about this “catch” when I purchased it. When he had trouble he was told by Gift card Granny to “claim it” and could access but he couldn’t. Now because he claimed it there is no solution - no refund, no alternate gift card, etc. the only option that was provided was for him to give a someone in the state where Sheetz operates ( e.g. Minnesota). How ridiculous. He’s in Tn. I will never interact with this company again and do not recommend them due to their business practices.

Total Scam... tried to send our granddaughter a gift card they were quick to take the money.. but have never issued a card.. when confronted and 3 requests for refund its a process that leads to denial..
Avoid this "Company" they will not do what is expected.

Worst experience ever! Do not use this company! Completely embarrassing! I had promised my clients "Dinner on me" tonight. They followed all the instructions to redeem the $150 gift card and it showed no money! I called Gift Card Granny 3 times to get it corrected and on the final time I requested a refund. If it wasn't for the nice young lady Christa who I spoke to each time I would have thought this was a scam website. Refund on the way in 3-5 days and I still owe my clients dinner!

I genuinely hate this website. I cannot tell you how many times I have purchased a digital Mastercard or another digital card, had the funds in my account and they took the money out of my account and never sent me a digital gift card. It's happened at least six times and when you call the customer service phone number they tell you to call your bank because they can't do anything about it. Total waste of time, my money doesn't go back into my account for 4 days and I'm not using this website anymore

Never buy a gift card online!

I purchased two gift cards from Southwest Airlines on Gift Card Granny to use instead of a credit card.

The gift cards that were emailed to me didn't work, and had a zero balance.

I had to call Southwest to ask whether they see a balance on the cards, and it was confirmed that the cards had a zero balance.

Since I couldn't use the gift cards, I requested a refund, and they declined it by saying it was used and that there was nothing else they could do

I emailed the customer support and got a new person each time reviewing my case.

With the screenshots and all the proof I sent, they still won't process a refund.

Lesson learned: don't purchase a gift card from an online site, especially Gift Card Granny.

I had the same issue with promo code not being applied and their system has other bugs too. What's most annoying is they said gift card shipped but it was never delivered! Shouldn't have wasted all the precious time and effort on an unreliable site!

1st issue: Put in a discount promo code and placed order but my credit card declined due to potential fraud. Cleared it with my credit card and did the transaction again with the promo code still showing. Transaction went through but without the discount promo code. Customer service said there's nothing they can do if the final transaction doesn't show the promo code so I ended up canceling my order. 2nd issue: They lowered the value of the promo code the next day. Get your deals set up correctly in the future.
