The shopping process was smooth and It was my first time buying from them.
However the delivery time was not respected at all and the flowers my sister in law recieved were very different than the picture. The quality of the product didnt match with the price at all.

This is my 03rd order. My earlier two orders delivered without any issues. Recommend 100%. We ordered from Sri Lanka. This order also delivered as ordered. Thanks for your service.

Bit disappointed

My experience with this gift delivery service was extremely disappointing. Despite being assured of delivery before 6 PM, the order was chaotic and incomplete. The flowers arrived early (2:45 PM), followed by the cake arriving late (5:30 PM), and the wine never materialized. This unreliable service caused significant disruption, as I was forced to wait at home all day, preventing other plans. It has been over two weeks, and I have yet to receive a refund for the missing wine, despite repeated attempts to contact the company. Their poor communication and lack of accountability make this a very terrible business to deal with, especially for important deliveries.

Wow it's a nice way to send gift to dear one from far. I have used this shop before. I feel they are doing a wonderful job.
But after the delivery I have observed that the cake which I ordered was not the same as the cake you delivered. No writing on the top. Decorations were not the same what I saw in the catalog. I think that should not happen.
