The cake was ordered for my daughter in law in canada. I paid extra to reach this in the morning before she left for work, the cake was delivered after 4 hours
The cake I heard tasted good but not what I had ordered
The stress of following up to know if it had reached took the surprise element
So although it reached they have not refunded the extra money they took

If you'd like to know just Google their "address" at 1918, St. Regis Boulevard, and read all the real reviews instead of all the fake ones on their site/Facebook.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my order placed on Valentine's Day. I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality I received. Below are the details of my grievances:
Lack of Communication: I was promised a call regarding my order, but I never received one.
Late Delivery: The order was delivered after 8 PM, which was far beyond the expected time.
Poor Product Quality: The items I received were of very cheap quality, not matching the standard I expected.
Incorrect Card: The card I ordered was different from what was delivered, and my personalized message was not written on it.
Missing Items: The chocolate I ordered was not included in the package; instead, it was delivered separately by someone else.
Unreliable Service: The entire delivery process was unprofessional and did not meet my expectations.
This experience has left me feeling deceived, and I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided.

We paid and arranged for a gift basket…
We paid CAD74.99 (R991.54) and arranged for a gift basket to be delivered on 21 Dec 2024 in Canada. The recipients missed the delivery and we asked Giftdeliverycanada.com to please try again. It has still not been delivered and both contact numbers for the company do not take our calls as we are trying to resolve this problem. We are based outside of Canada and are very disappointed with the service. It seems that the contact is also based in New Delhi and does not take our calls.
