Booked tickets to see an artist which was subsequently cancelled by venue which I understand however had to repeatedly chase gigs and tours for refund and then have eventually once received they have given me back £18 less, do not understand why I did not get back booking fees but it I did not cancel their venue did , would not use again

Purchased the wrong ticket and they wouldnt let me exchange.
I did email customer service already as you suggested in your reply and they point blank refused to help. Its the first time ive used you but wont again. I normally use ticketmaster, they are much kinder when things go wrong.
