I haven’t been to the gig yet, but the purchase through Gigs and tours was seamless, tickets were received straight and visible after the purchase using the see tickets app which they use!

Got the tix...eventually
I had presale access via the artist, but the access code didn't work until about 15 mins after the onsale time. Stressful at the time, but eventually managed to get tix after multiple attempts using the code.
