The goods were advertised but even though the company took out the money from my bank the goods had been sold long ago this is the second time its happened

As for your purchase is automatically paid for when paying through PayPal so goods can be dispatched. & Yes on this occasion you did purchase two items on the same order & both out if stock notified very quickly & refund at the same time. As we are a shop & we do have customers coming in & out all day things will get sold. So sorry you your were so dissapointed in our service on this occasion.
