The products this company make are really first class quality. I have two dogs and have bought both their waterproof coats and warm fleece vests, and been extremely happy with all my purchases. My dogs are not the average size so sometimes I have had to return and send for a different size, which has never been a problem. Returns are dealt with quickly and refunds made without problem. Ginger Ted have been an exceptional company to deal with, and I would highly recommend them.

GingerTed coats & zip are BAD
Sausage dog i got £32 for the coat £15 extra for a zip fitted onto a coat that breaks after 2 weeks! So cheap & nasty zip that just pings off!

For clarification: The original purchase was over 8 weeks prior to the review being left, not 2 weeks as stated. The zip we use is not ‘cheap’ and we use a tough, high quality YKK zip.
Once the item had been returned, we were able to look into the matter, we saw that the pull had come away from the opening of the zip. We were able to quickly make a repair and the fleece was returned to James within 24 hours of receipt, meaning the product was wearable.
As a company who seeks to ensure customer service is at a high level, and the products we sell are fit for purpose and have longevity in their wear, we see this matter has been resolved swiftly, and believe James's review of our company and our products to not be factually accurate, in both how the situation arose and its resolution.
Companies such as ourselves, rely on honest reviews and feedback, therefore misinformation in regards to service and products cause unnecessary damage. We always seek to resolve any issues as they arise, and ask customers to contact us directly to allow any matters to be resolved in an appropriate manner.
An exceptional service
An exceptional service, from the quality made dog clothing to the super quick delivery. New Dachshund coat which is a good fit and very well made, came in its own little bag and free poop bags to. Brilliant service, would certainly buy from again, well done!

Excellent service and a quality coat.
We bought a 30” Ginger Ted Shower Greyhound Harness Coat in Navy. It was beautiful quality and well wrapped - perfect except we had ordered a size too small. It was no problem- I contacted customer services and they asked us to return and sent us the correct size 32” at no extra charge.
I would use again any time.
