*DO NOT USE I ordered a pair of trainers to the UK, which I returned using their return label. It was stopped at customs and has been in the UPS depot for several months. GV. Customer service (Vincent) have been very unhelpful in fixing the situation and have refused to refund me for the trainers as they have not received them. After sending over 20 emails and many phone calls to GV, I have now stopped payment with my bank.

Worst customer service. I ordered a pair of marshmallows sandals and expected the order to ship within a few business days. After a week my order did not ship and I decided to cancel my order. It has been almost a month and I am still waiting for my refund on an order that wasn’t even shipped. I will never order from them again.
Refused Refund - Delivery hasn't begun in weeks
I ordered a Givenchy beanie 4g ($ 330) which "usually takes up to 2 business day(s) to prepare an order made with GIVENCHY for delivery" according to the order confirmation email.
Yet, the delivery has not begun even after 3 weeks, and I requested a refund since I won't be in the country to receive the item - it is a temporary address which I will no longer reside in and I wasn’t expecting a delay from such a prestigious brand.
But they refused to process the refund stating that the item needs to be returned without damage once it has been delivered (which is still being processed).

My partner ordered me some underwear for Christmas. The bra arrived with both straps unattached and loose threads everywhere. Worse thing is he paid for gift wrap so was unaware of the defect until I opened on Christmas Day. What a disappointment Givenchy are. They made me take pictures and faff about only to tell me to return it for a refund? Basic legal rights and no additional customer service. Been treated better by Next customer service. I buy a lot from luxury brands and would expect a degree of quality control when they send out items rather than just packaging up damaged goods, sending them out taking the money then making them your problem. Will never buy from Givenchy again. Total joke.

I purchased a foundation and the cap is so loose it keeps falling out and making a mess. I raised a complaint but no resolve since almost 3 weeks now, sent couple of reminders too.
Their products are not cheap and you expect to receive the worth.

Worst customer service ever, ordered a shirt, the page doesn’t say “we don’t deliver to P.O. Boxes” so the order goes thru. Then the order arrives but since they don’t deliver to PO Boxes they return it to them, I check the order and it says that. I call them give them a new address to resend to me as soon as they get it back, 2 months pass by and still nothing, when they are supposed to deliver in 2 days. I call again, the lady tells me they had the order there for like a week, and I’m just like why haven’t you guys sent it back to me? I ask for a refund, another 2 weeks pass by and I still don’t have my money back, called again got hang up twice, and finally she tells me that they didn’t have it but then they did, so after all this they refund me $480 which is the price for the shirt but kept the $20 for the delivery. Just a lot of hassle for how popular they are. Straight up a headache.

I ordered slippers and entered the wrong address. I immediately called thei customer service and asked to change the address. They told me They can’t change the address, so We had to cancel the order and place a new one. Which we did, and it was supposed to arrive after two days by express shipping. But suddenly I get an email after two weeks telling me both of the orders have been canceled, without me asking to cancel the second one, and the money didn’t get back into my bank. This is the sloppies customer service experience I’ve got, especially from a “high end” brand like given by. Not going to buy from them again.
Poor Customer Service
Hi have a large leather Antigona bag purchased from Givenchy.
The handles peeled after a few uses exposing strings which was very strange as I have never experienced this with bags purchased for less than a quarter of this price Givenchy have sold this bag for.
A repair was offered which was accepted as I thought this would then resolve the issues. The bag was not returned for over 2 months.
Once received after a couple more uses the bag handles peeled again exposing strings and material. I then reported this to the customer care team again and have received extremely poor customer service.
No responsibility has been taken for the misold faulty cheaply made handles advertised and sold as a quality product but rather another repaired advised which clearly does not solve the issue.
Atena from customer service who looked into this has now started ignoring my emails which is totally unacceptable customer service as a faulty product has been sold.
I am now seeking legal court proceedings as the bag handles have not been made with durable material are not fit for purpose and have clearly been misold.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I paid £500 for a t shirt for my Grandsons birthday in March and the Givenchy label inside was hanging off due to poor stitching. There were loose threads everywhere. I rang customer service and they asked for photos of the damage to be sent, which I did. Two weeks later I received an email saying that they accepted the damage but I had to return it for a repair!
I refused demanding a replacement and two weeks later they replied saying they’re not prepared to replace it so I’m going to have to take my complaint further. Two months of complaining and still got a ver expensive damaged t shirt. I’ve had better customer service from a supermarket.
Avoid buying this overpriced rubbish!!

The customer service for Givenchy is absolutely atrocious. I will never purchase an item from them again. My fiancé purchased sneakers for me for my birthday, I tried one shoe on and didn’t like them. We went online and purchased a second shoe that I liked better. We packaged up the original shoes and sent them back within 7 days. They sent the shoes back to us saying they had been worn and were not in original condition. I tried ONE shoe on and took 2 steps. If you are going to charge me $700 for that, you have absolutely no clue on how to run a business. We called customer service to complain and they said “clean them up” and then send them back. Are you kidding?? You are making the CUSTOMER get the shoes professionally cleaned THAT ARENT EVEN DIRTY!!!! What an inconvenience and an absurd request!! We didn’t want to wait any longer, so we did just that. “Cleaned up” the shoes and sent them back. I have photos to prove how they were 100% in immaculate condition. We waited 2 MONTHS for any sort of contact no email no call NOTHING!!! We called customer service repeatedly asking where the refund is? What is going on?? No one knew!! They said they had been delivered back to Givenchy but they couldn’t figure out why we hadn’t been refunded. Again, they said we will call you back. Another few weeks go by NOTHING!!!!
My thoughts are that Givenchy is struggling to stay afloat and they are trying to keep every penny. Do not purchase anything from them online!! They WILL BLAME YOU for ANYTHING if you are trying to return an item and keep your money!! This company is a scam, I used to be in the luxury retail career and we would NEVER allow this to happen to our customers. It’s disgusting they do this to their customers!! I warn you, do NOT purchase from this company, you will be out hundreds of dollars if your item is incorrect and you need to return it!!!
Customer service is a joke
I placed an online order on 11/06/2020. I ordered 3 items; a hoodie, a pair of slide sandals and a handbag. My order arrived on 11/13/2020.
Upon arrival, I tried on the hoodie and the slides. Both were too big and I repackaged them to be returned. I shipped the items out on 11/14/2020 via UPS. Tracking information shows the items were received by Givenchy on 11/17/2020. It is 11/23/2020 and I still have not received an update or confirmation of the return from the merchant.
Furthermore, my package was missing the MINI ANTIGONA BAG I purchased. I reached out to customer service for the first time on 11/15/2020. I was told on 11/16/2020 they would not refund me because they had photos of the purse in a shopping bag and that was 'proof' it was shipped to me. I kindly asked for the issue to be escalated to management as a picture does not prove it was actually shipped. How would I receive and acknowledge I received 2 out of 3 items?
The issue was so called escalated and on 11/21/2020 received the same automated response that I would not be refunded but no further investigation was done regarding my missing item.
I would like Givenchy to stop putting the blame on the customer and own up to the fact that they made an error and refund my money that is rightfully mine.

What a credit to Givenchy.... shopping at Debenhams Liverpool 1 today specifically to be matched for illamasqua foundation came across the most beautiful soul Connor who was more than happy to help informing me that it was online only...... he knew his stuff and asked what foundation I wore in fact he went above and beyond he made me feel at ease as well as including my 11 year old daughter who came away saying he must have lots of friends mum he is so nice ... came away with the everwear foundation which is unreal and a sample of primer and perfume which I will be purchasing very soon amazing customer service I cannot praise him enough 😀
