Terrible customer service for a high street brand!! Ordered a £810 sweatshirt for it to arrive with manufacture defaults. Threads coming loose like it was a fake!!! Guess what send it back and re order no other options!! Like its my fault!! Never buy from them again in my life

I purchased the Givenchy Antigona bag and used strap rather than the handle, the bag now is deformed. I emailed Givenchy and they express to me that the strap is not intended for use. Why make a bag with a strap if it can't be used and not have a disclaimer. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard and I will be forwarding their email to my attorney. Consumer beware.

Quite possibly the most disgusting
Quite possibly the most disgusting, cheap quality, racist company I have ever dealt with. My antogona shopper bag was given to me one Christmas from Net a porter, within six months it tore down the back stitched seam. Luxury means luxury. This should not happen and not at the price or supposed quality. Then the horrific experience of attempting to have it repaired came into fruition. Net a porter didn’t want to know, then after months of idle auto generated emails from Givenchy, they advised I take the bag to paris. My advice - never ever visit their shop in paris. I was treated with such disrespect not only by them speaking about me in French saying it appeared I had ripped the bag but with them ignoring me then insulting me enough to laugh at the matter, reluctantly take the bag promising to fix it, to then have it shipped back to me in London in the same condition one month later. They’re thieves and should be ashamed to even consider themselves luxury. Do not buy from them in any capacity and speaking as someone who owns a number of their items, buying multiple pieces does not mean anything to them in terms of brand loyalty or translate that into high customer service.

My girlfriend's Givechy leather bag ripped after two years of use. This seams like a long time, but luxury leather brands are supposed to last you a lifetime.
The rip was along a seam in the bag which is clearly due to poor quality stitching and when we took it to Givechy, they told us to send it to their flagship store in Paris. After several months, we happened to be in Paris on holiday and went to the Givechy store to escalate the issue as we had been ignored for some time (even though they had our bag!) It was made clear that they do not value their customers as they were incredibly rude and unhelpful.
We contacted customer service in the UK, but it appears that their customer service is appalling no matter where you are and the quality of their products won't last the test of time. You would be better off spending your money on an actual luxury product.

bought a Givenchy pandora mini box, and first time I used it the belt screws fell off and now i can use it as crossbody. I contacted them immediately for repair, at first they told me we would accept the repair, then after 10 days they emailed me stating" sorry our repair shop is going to be closed in august so we can't fix your bag" this is such a fr1king scam I can't believe this. they offer repair for hardware free and after just 1 use I love a whole bag. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ANYMORE!!!!!! SO DISAPOINTED. NOW THEY IGNORE ME 100% roberta is the one who was emailing how RUDE!
Terrible Givenchy Service
I was gifted Givenchy shoes and after wearing them twice, the heel got of the shoe. I contacted Givenchy and the rep said there was nothing they could do without the receipt. They are not even willing to receive the shoe and check authenticity, nor have they directed me to any selling point to bring it to or offerrd me another alternative. How dissapointing!
