The customer service is rude
The customer service is rude. You tell them to send your devices back and well they don’t and still hold onto them for longer after telling you that they would be mailed on Monday so you would receive them two days after that, but they never went out Monday and then one representative who was completely rude. She had five minutes left, but the company was supposed to be open for another 37 minutes, stay away from this company at all possible they try to get your devices give you a quote and then lie to you and say oh well they can only give you this much stay away from. I’m telling you this is the worst company out there and I’ve seen some pretty bad ones , I would stay clear of them. Do not give them your business because they hold onto your devices. I don’t know. I guess the quote changes and bargaining bargain with them where these devices were not cracked not nothing and they said we can only use them for parts you just want to thank you I’m gonna use them for parts only When they’re working devices 100% working devices no scratches no nothing wrong with them in the original container. Might I add they just try to get people because they’re selling your stuff. You must be really hard up so they try to take advantage of that from the door , stay away from this company they

We want to assure you that our primary objective is to guarantee the satisfaction of our clients.
On Friday, your devices were prepared and ready for shipment. However, you contacted our office, expressing uncertainty about how to proceed. We offered you four different options to assist with your order:
1. We can arrange for the return shipment of your devices.
2. We can wait until the 15-day probation period that you have left with Verizon is over.
3. We can pay the full amount if you provide your purchase receipt.
4. We can purchase the devices for parts.
Upon returning to our office on Monday, we discovered a review on BBB alleging that we were withholding your devices and refusing to pay you the full amount, only parts. We would never compel any of our customers to proceed in a manner they are not comfortable with. We have explained to you several times that our policy does not allow us to purchase devices that are still under contract with a carrier.
Under no circumstances would we retain your devices or force you to proceed in a manner that would leave you dissatisfied. Despite the inappropriate language used during our conversations and your discourteous behavior, we maintained our professionalism and continued to provide you with the best customer service. However, you began sending messages to us through WhatsApp, live chat, and email. On one platform, you requested payment, while on another, you asked for your devices to be returned.
Not to mention the numerous threats to sue us and report us. We had to ensure we were proceeding the correct way, which was made very difficult due to the confusion caused by the numerous different messages requesting different things.
However, we have returned your devices, and they arrived today, 3/15/2024, at 12:22 pm. We apologize if we were unable to purchase your devices. Nevertheless, we will consistently offer a variety of options to our clients, enabling them to make the decision that most effectively meets their requirements.

Bad Experience All Around
I sent them a Google Pixel 5 in original packaging with manuals adapters the works in good condition with one minor scratch. They offered me $76. When they received the phone they changed the offer to $32 made up some lies about my phone having many deep scratches. I tried to negotiate the price with them and they wouldn't negotiate.
For reference a Broken Google Pixel 5 sells for $70 on eBay right now mine was fully functional.
A Fully Functional Google Pixel 5 Sells for $100-300 Depending on Conditions like Carrier, Is it Unlocked, and what accessories it comes with.
I asked them to send it back since we couldn't come to a deal, they just kept offering $32
They sent back just the phone without the original packaging, or accessories.
Then I left a Negative Review, so they Contacted me to Remove the Negative Review, Offered to send me back the Original Packaging and Accessories.
I told them I would not remove the Negative Review because it was Deserved, The entire experience From Start to finish was bad. I don't even care about the money I was actually testing this Service for Potential Affiliate Promotion on my YouTube Channel "Ginger Gaming Mentor"
After The Service I received I can't in good conscience Recommend This Service.
We are now 38 Days into this Deal, I still don't have the original packaging back for my phone which is now on the way only due to the negative review I left.
The Original Offer Was low, The Subsequent offer was insulting, It was not clear at all negotiation would even be involved from the original interaction which made the entire process take a much longer time than it should have. Once the negotiation Started they never actually Negotiated they would just state their offer, and that's it over and over. When they Returned the Phone finally, It was missing the Manufactures box and accessories I packaged it with.
The sad thing is 39 days later I am still dealing with this crap.
Quick and painless this is not.
I highly Recommend you avoid this company. They Twist the Truth, and make up lies to cover their scummy business practices.

However, after inspection, the device had deep scratches and was not in good condition. Our offers are based on a variety of factors, including the phone's condition, market trends, and our own operational costs. We do allow for negotiation within a reasonable range, but ultimately the final price is determined by the actual condition. As we stated before, the device you sent had deep scratches and makes it difficult for us to resell an older phone with cosmetic imperfections since we have to refurbish it.
Upon receiving orders, we dispose of original packaging items due to sanitation requirements and provide new accessories when we resell the device. However, we only became aware of your concern over the missing packaging through the negative review you left prior to this one. We then quickly contacted you and sent over your packaging and adapter, with a FREE charger, and provided you a tracking number via email. We strive to offer the best solutions to our customers, so if there are any inconveniences, we encourage you to contact us via phone call or email first.
Our main priority is to keep our customers happy.

Very easy to use and very convenient payment! They offer a few different methods of payment, I opted for PayPal as that would be fastest. I actually put in the wrong model of laptop online and they contacted me on receipt to tell me they could pay me twice as much! They didn't have to do that and other services might have simply paid me the lower amount.
