False advertisement!

Company doesn't ship worldwide, however on their website it says ship worldwide. Bad company with poor customer service and many bad reviews. You need to fix your company!

I received my new phone one day earlier than promised. Way to go. This company is trustworthy, and offer products at very reasonable prices. Great service. I love my new phone!

And AGAIN, the frequencies and compatibility of the phone is bullshit. Bought a Honor 500 Pro and wanted to buy a Honor Power 2. All other shops don't write frequencies. Honor himself doesn't write frequencies on his website, which is so bullshit. Giztop as one of the only once, had frequencies, 40 or so and everything fine. Ordered it, arrived and no, no good 4G and neither 5G, as the frequencies which were written down where from the Honor Magic 8 Pro, which is the high end phone, which has all. Not the complete fault of Giztop, more of Honor, that they don't write it down, but why Giztop is just copying from other phones and now I will send it back. Useless, you shouldn't sell it.

I purchased Redmi note 15 pro plus Chinese version to use in Europe. Unfortunately phone arrived without Google services installed in spite of description promised Google mobile service should be installed. Chinese rom not user friendly outside China so I don’t recommend it to buy. Only global version, not Chinese. Customer service is great though. Communication was timely and great also. Shipping speed to Europe was extremely fast

I am very satisfied with the order. It took ten days for delivery to Bulgaria. The team from Giztop answered the questions I had very quickly and adequately. The documents for the customs were company well and I had no problems.

I've ordered two phones from Giztop, a Lenovo Legion Duel 2 about 5 years ago and a OnePlus 13 this year.

Both came with a rom (operating system) in English, where fully functional and costed me at least 200€ less than their global versions.

It's the original Chinese phones with an English rom installed, the dream for any person who likes to spare money on brand new products.

Giztop always does me right when I need my authentic vivo products in a timely manner, I love the responsiveness and how simple the process is to ordering a product off the site is. Product is as adversited,comunication was good, delivery time was reasonable considering what you're buying comes from china, and after i ordered a 12 gb ram phone and giztop noticed that they did not have this version in stock they upgraded me to the 16gb ram version free of charge, this was very kind of them, thank you giztop and may you prosper

I was a bit skeptical about ordering from giztop but I saw that there were many positive remarks on Reddit. It was cheaper than other websites too. Thank God everything worked out. Many noted that the time from order to shipping is a bit lengthy. I ordered the device on Sat. Dec 6th. It shipped out Thurs. Dec 11th and I received it on Mon. Dec 15th. You be the judge of that. I received the order in a box with bubble wrap all over the device box. I think the shipping came as quick as possible considering the holiday season which was awesome. The device was as described on the website, with Google play already setup. I did not have to contact support and I am hoping I don't ever have to. They claim it's a 2 year warranty on the website. I wished I would have been able to purchase the device warranty but it was Chinese.

I bought the official tablet cover for redmagic astra through Giztop. It broke after 1 months use, and I only had taken the tablet out twice, otherwise it was there in place, normal use. Apparently this official cover isnt as strong acoording to reviews online which I highlighted to Giztop (who claims to have 1 year warranty). They said this was out of their hands/not their fault and stopped replying to my second response. Midly annoyed considering the amounts of items I've purchased from them in the past, but once something goes wrong they go silent.

I love the clips the battery life isn't as long as I'd like however the sound quality is awesome sometimes they can hurt when wearing them for extended periods of time I do love to wireless charging ability & the color is cool too

To who it may concern,it is my first time buying on Giztop. I only found this web site because of flossy Carter on YouTube. He states that he buys phones from Giztop so I got curious and I decided to check them out out .I just put an order for 2 smartphones at a great price and shipping was about 2 weeks roughly. For those thinking about it ,yes!! I would buy from them again for sure.

Great service and product was shipped with care and safety in mind. The tariff was the only part I was a fan of with Dhl. But I will definitely repeat service with Giztop.
