I have received today from Glasses2You two frames that I've had re-glazed.
This is an excellent company. They reply immediately to any queries and deal with orders quickly and efficiently.
I was notified of delivery progress throughout via Royal Mail track and trace to my address in France.
This is the second time Glasses2You has re-glazed frames for me (my prescription has increased) and I recommend the company without hesitation.

Perfect viewing obviously followed instructions to a tee.

The glasses are good looking and comfortable my eyesight is now as it should be. Excellent value

Everything was as expected the glasses are perfect

I thought I would leave it a few months before leaving a review, just to see how things went having never bought glasses online before.
The glasses were a lot cheaper than my normal optician wanted to reglaze my frames and I mean a lot, plus glasses are frameless so I didn't even know if it was possible. Anyway I have to say they have been really good, no problems at all and well worth the risk but as it turns out it wasn't a risk, this company knows what they are doing.

Hassle free, website easy to use, nice choice of glasses and a very affordable price.

For some reason my emails were not getting through, so I left a bad review assuming bad customer support. After 24 hours I was contacted by Russell who has identified that my issue was actually my own fault, a decimal point in the wrong place...whoops! I am now amending my review to five stars as they are correcting my glasses even though I made the mistake, that is very kind of them.

The company explained everything with me which was great , I paid extra for the 24 next day delivery but that came and went . I was not happy . I spoke to a representative who apologised, and refunded by 24 delivery straight away . The glasses arrived 4 days late however the look stylish and do the job . So a slight hiccup but we got there in the end . Thanks.

I sent a favourite frame to be reglazed something that the high st chains are loath to do. I received my spectacles and am very satisfied with the lenses

Great new glasses perfect vision nice style

I made a mistake in my order and put '-- instead of '+', so the resulting lenses made for a fascinating experience. I got in touch, was told clearly what to do, offered to pay for replacements and was told there would be no charge, a very pleasant surprise. Customer communication was rapid, clear and pleasant. I shall definitely be using again.

Glasses were reglazed to a high standard and deserve a 5star rating. Will definitely use again
