Quicker Service and much better value than the High Street optician.
Even though I am now an old age pensioner I recently had to go to the optician for the first time. Having managed to buy cheap readers for the last 30 years.I got an eye test and needed to buy some glasses for better distance vision and to watch TV . The Sales process was like buying timeshare and ultimately they sold me an inferior pair of glasses for not a great price. They also didn’t sell me what I needed which were bifocals. I found your company showed them my prescription and got bifocal glasses with non-reflective lenses for less than I paid my High Street optician for a crappy pair of regular glasses to watch the telly. The irony is I have also called them to get a quote for exactly this type of glasses and two week later still waiting to hear back from them. You have a Customer for life.

Easy and helpful ordering system - as long as you have your prescription and can get critical dimensions from your existing glasses - they're usually printed on one of the arms. Unbelievable value for money; the finished glasses were much better than I expected for what I paid. Delivery time gets four stars - took a bit longer than I was hoping for but still faster than the High St.

Great small business
Such a fan. My last fully new pairs were over £350 each (x2) at a dismal high street shop. I’ve just got reglazes for £100 and new sunglasses for £120. Communication and service are excellent. Support a smaller disruptor and get a better deal!

I have placed 2 orders now - highly recommended!
I have placed 2 orders now, my first was using the cheapest options for some varifocals just to test them out and I was so happy! I then placed a second order for 2 more pairs one being sunglasses, ticking a lot more optional extras (thinner lenses, polarised etc) and I couldn’t be happier. Trying to get friends and family to order from them. I have told them that your opticians legally have to share your prescription with you. You don’t have to buy your glasses from your high street opticians just because they did your prescriptions. I would 100% recommend! They offer additional help via WhatsApp which was brilliant.
