Amazing

The quality.
The customer service.
There is a lady call Haylie. She fix my problem in less than 30 seconds.
I ordered the wrong item. She helped me to pick up the right one and get my confirmation email within seconds. Really a good place to get really nice jewelry.

Amazing chains

Even though I didn’t receive I would rate the experience a 10/10 everything is so easy to find and they have amazing offers I bought a Cuban that was 100$ an got it for 69.89$ for the box and free return. You may think that it wasn’t that good of a deal thats 47 dollars I didn’t have to pay. The the quality seems to be good and the order process is really easy to order

Unique jewelry but with many concerns

This site has some of the most unique jewelry, but the website is absolutely terrible with constant pop-ups. The shipping is never guaranteed as I ordered something for two day shipping and it took over a week and they had to cancel my orders two different times just to get it shipped. I had to pay $20 extra to get my wife her necklace in time. The bracelet I ordered lost a crystal 2 days into wearing it. Now I have to ship it back and wait a month for it to process. Makes me really weary of my other chains and earrings and bracelets I purchased worth about $1400. Maybe I should have just purchased a few items first and wore them to see before going all in. They have a warranty but there are a million stipulations and you still have to pay up to $100 and that’s for THEIR defects., including paying shipping. If they define it’s not their defect I assume you’re screwed. Doesn’t seem they have a real warranty for accidental. They say they stand behind their products but the process was excruciating. I hope these products last and they stand by the warranty if these items break again over time. The site glitches constantly and clears your cart so I’d recommended the app. The chains and bracelets are one sided and turn a lot exposing the backside which sucks since the products are one sided, for the price double sided would be best. The clasps are important but it seems random which they choose. Some $400 chains have a cheap clasp and cheaper ones have a nice rectangular clasp, not sure why. I just pray this all lasts and stays shiny and doesn’t fade. I’ve lost a ton of hope in this company to be honest.

Pleasant ordering experience

My experience was great for many reasons. Once I placed my order, I didn't have to wait long to be notified when my order was received or when it shipped. I received my order in a timely manner and it arrived with beautiful packaging. I've only ordered from this website a few times, but so far I've had a very pleasant ordering experience.

4 STARS (Practically 5)

I love the quality of the jewelry I have purchased and the uniqueness of my pieces always makes me stand apart in a room!
The only thing I don’t like is that I keep getting Cash Codes with my packages and I can’t use them once I try to because they expire, which sucks because I can’t purchase them fast enough regardless to how bad I want to. I highly recommend this jewelry company to anyone though! I use it for myself and also to gift many people in my life! The only time I remove jewelry is when I’m swapping to another piece of changing a stack. They go in the shower with me and work along side me covered in sweat. Durability alone makes these 100% better than anything else I’ve owned.

The worse company ever

The worse company ever! They claimed the products was NIKE of Men’s Jewelry. The quality is trash and I found a review that they not even pay for its affiliates who generate money for them.

I ordered a bracelet and chain, two days after it broke and turn green. How dare you claim top tier quality even the customer support is useless.

I need my money back.
