The glowarm team answered all my questions /concerns , they provided a reasonable comprehensive quote and kept me informed during the whole process. The boiler installation was quick on-time and the engineers cleaned everything up afterwards. I would highly recommend Glowarm.

Glowarm keep in touch, do what they say, and deal with all tenants contact from start to finish. Just what you want. I have used them for years, I rely on them, and I recommend them without question.

Would highly recommend Glowarm, whilst they were not the cheapest, they arrived when they said they would promptly quoted and carried out a very swift and clean job replacing 10 radiators. After being messed around by so many workmen this made a refreshing change.

We were able to book the installation at a time convenient to us. The price was good. They sent two guys to do the work, they were pleasant and friendly. They worked efficiently. They started around 8am and finished around 3.30pm. They answered all our questions and cleared up all the mess. The new boiler has been working satisfactorily ever since. I would happy to recommend them

An engineer came out first thing in the morning to suit my time limitations, the parts required were already waiting for him via separate supplier and the job to replace the broken boiler took 3-4 hours. The hole in the wall was neatly filled in, all radiators were checked and the engineer explained how the new digital control worked before he cleared everything up and left. Very polite and professional.

Have never had a problem with Glowarm. Tracey who answers phone has been extremely helpful to me when I was looking after my mum's house. Phone always answered quickly and engineer who carried out annual service very good too.

Glow Warm supplied and fitted 6 large radiators in my
house in one day for less than £2,800. The radiators
look fine and work well so far , another estimate was
considerably more. I found their services pretty good.

We’ve been with Glowarm for a few years now to annually service our gas fire. Our gas fire developed a fault a few weeks before Christmas where the gas fire would switch itself off and was told they are fully booked and the earliest appointment would not be until the new year. An appointment was made for 6 Jan between 8 and 1 pm and had to take the day off work. However on the day of the appointment a text message was sent by Glowarm cancelling the appointment because the engineer had lost his tools! The appointment was rescheduled for yesterday 9 Jan for the same time slot, and once again Glowarm sent a text message on the day of the appointment to cancel due to staff shortages which meant another wasted day off work. Glowarm did not care and I’m a loyal customer. My advice, find another reputable company that won’t let you down.

Excellent customer service - on time, professional, courteous and high quality workmanship.

We contacted Glowarm for a 2nd opinion after we received some advice from another company which didn't sound quite right. I'm very glad we did. They were responsive (replied to my initial enquiry quickly), courteous and thorough (eg had checked manufacturers guidelines and advice ahead of the visit and called me to explain what they had found out). The engineer who attended was punctual (called ahead as requested), friendly and helpful and explained his conclusions clearly. Would definitely use again and pleased to reccommended here.

I needed a new boiler so I signed up online for some quotes and Glowarm called me with one - I was a bit stressed out with other options and thought it was going to be another one on the pile but they were so helpful with diagnosing exactly what I needed on both a video call and an in-person visit before I’d even paid anything. They were great at explaining everything in layman’s terms and they didn’t try to fleece me because I didn’t know a lot about how boilers work. I live in a leasehold ex-council flat so there are a lot of rules to work around for getting a new boiler with the council and they were also very helpful with this too. I really recommend these guys!

The only downside is that the electrician didn’t turn up on the day that the new boiler was installed so I had to wait an extra day for hot water but it was resolved as soon as possible (the next morning) and they were very apologetic.

Overall - decent price, transparent info, helpful service, lovely guys. If you’re local to South London definitely give them a shout!
