Pretty good overall. Had to wait an extra week for the installation. Customer service prior to being a customer was excellent. Fitter when they did turn up did a great job. Hard to get hold of the right person when calling. Frustrating to wait so long for an installation even though I had the boiler delivered on time.

Had our annual service today. Ben was great . Sorted everything while I continued to work.
5th year we have been with glow green and always good service. No problem recommending to anyone.

Antoni was very polite and professional when he serviced my vaillant boiler. He was very thorough, left the place clean and tidy and filled in the service form in the booklet that came with the boiler. I would highly recommend him.

Mark arrived on time and serviced the boiler efficiently. He checked the pressure guage and has referred back to you as it appears to be faulty. Otherwise everything fine

The engineer who did my boiler service, called me with an ETA and arrived on time. He was efficient and polite. He also found a problem with one of the connections on a copper pipe, which he promptly reported to the company. Customer services called and confirmed a ticket had been raised and an engineer would be out to check the pipes.Great service,

Terrible service. They lost my entire case for solar and battery for 2 months after paying deposit, whenever I rang (they never called), was always fobbed off with no follow-up whatsoever and they stopped responding to emails. Would never use them again and would not recommend.

I had an air source heat pump installed by Glow Green, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely frustrating. The installation was delayed because they failed to order essential parts, which meant the final setup and commissioning were rushed and not completed properly. As a result, I’ve been left with a system that doesn’t work as it should.

For the past four weeks I’ve been contacting Glow Green several times a week, and each time I’ve been assured that an engineer would come out to fix the issues. I’ve even been given specific dates and stayed home waiting, but nobody has ever shown up. No communication, no updates, and no resolution.

At this point, I’m left with an expensive system that isn’t functioning correctly and a company that doesn’t seem willing to follow through on its promises. I really hope Glow Green takes responsibility and finally resolves this.

Booked yearly boiler service and was offered one in May, this was 14 months after they installed my boiler. I challenged this and was offered a service on 07/03/26. Great, except after them sending me 3 reminders the engineer never showed!
Also I was paying £6 per month for my yearly service, this they said was increasing to £15.95 per month. Unbelievable
I complained but as expected I have not heard back, I have now cancelled my contract for the coming year.

The installation was well planned by Glow Green, everything went to schedule.
The engineer Mark arrived on time.
He was respectful and polite from the outset.
Mark was clearly very proficient.
He did a very professional, neat and tidy job.
Mark was friendly and approachable and was patient and helpful.
The cost was extremely competitive. We are very happy with Glow Green and fully recommend them.

We had our annual service done. Ingenieur arrived early in the morning and started immediately with the task on hand doing a service visit. This was the first time the magnetic filter was cleaned fully. The Ingenieur was friendly and competent. Easy interaction and got job done.

Very efficient working neat & time, would recommend the monthly plan to keep boiler serviced, kept informed by engineer & office, if you want a boiler fitted or serviced Glow Green every time

From Installation a few years ago to continued after care and servicing, Glow Green Customer care and engineers have always gone above and beyond to ensure they leave you very satisfied. Engineers are always on time, communication is excellent, great service always
Its no wonder I found them by word of mouth recommendation by a very good friend of mine, when I needed a new boiler a few years ago. I will highly recommend them both for new boiler installations and after sales boiler care
