I have Purchased many Himalayan Salt Lamps from Glow Himalayan and each and every one is unique & absolutely beautiful Have had many comments and recommended this company to friends/family & others including a courier whom his wife has a spa and was really taken with the Large Stone Lamps. This company gives 100% from the ordering right through to delivery and beyond. Its also nice that they supply quality accessories for Salt Lamps.

Great company with excellent customer service. Lamp is just what we wanted and arrived within 3 days even though first attempt of delivery could not be made as we were out. Did not receive tracking information so emailed customer service who replied within an hour with tracking number and phone number of courier making delivery arrangements easy.

Ordered my lamp on 3rd May. After a week was told they were out of stock, but they would let me me know when it would be dispatched.
Recieved a phone call on 14th May to say delivery would be the next day.
Lamp arrived complete with dimmer, led, and normal bulbs.
Lamp looks fantastic.

Amazing! Mine came yesturday the 20th april and it came within 1 week! Great lamp! Creates a soothing atmosphere when on low light! So happy with my purchase! 10/10!!! Its worth checking out! They are huge.

Love my new salt lamps they arrived promptly and add ambiance to the rooms. They are great quality and the dimmer switches are a nice extra. Would recommend the company!

I did not receive my lamp until a week after I ordered it but this was down to the delivery company not Glow Himalayan. Since receiving my lamp I am that pleased with it I have ordered two more.

At first we waited a week or so for our delivery however this was because the lamp actually got damaged on transit. My partner and my self emailed to see what had happened and we were sent an apology and given a complimentary gift with our purchase and told they would send out a new lamp straight away. This was very prompt as it came the next day and they were absolutely beautiful. I am so happy we purchased a lamp from this website, good communication and products.

They have taken the money from my credit card but never delivered the goods. They won’t respond to emails and they don’t have a phone number. Do not trust these guys.

Ordered 2 large lamps and they arrived within the stated time. Both lamps are gorgeous and I’m very happy with them.

Small problem with getting updates by the site and yodel left no note to say they’d left with my neighbour but all in all I’m very happy indeed and I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt as this was ordered over Christmas when the sale was on so I expect the delays and issues were caused by being busy. I’ve even placed an order for another one !

I have wanted a salt lamp for many years and after a recent hospital stay and dip in COPD readings I decided it was time to get one for health reasons. This web site was top of the list of recommended providers and salt lamps have had good revues for health benefits. The lamp is beautiful and gives a lovely warm light to the room. I am using it in conjunction with breathing exercises and so far my readings are stable. It is early days yet but am hoping for some improvement in my health as well as having the most amazing lamp to look at and enjoy.

Bought as a Christmas present for my daughter and she loved it. Arrived well packed and on time.

Terrible service. I ordered two salt lamps but the courier only delivered one box to me, which I signed for, thinking that the box would have both lamps in it. I contacted the seller, who asked me to send a photo of the box that both lamps were supposedly meant to be delivered in. I've emailed the photo and have not received any reply from the seller. Not the kind of service I want to ever deal with again, especially after spending £28.99 for a lamp whoch has not been delivered to me.

Ordered 3 lamps, one was faulty, there is no phone number just email, they did email one reply telling me to take the screws out myself and that all would stay in place without them, I said this isn’t acceptable, but they no longer reply, I’m even questioning whether the lamps I ordereded are genuine or just rip off fakes 😡

Order a lamp and bulb, the order came with a free candle holder, which I thought was fab. Delivery was slow there were then items missing, I requested them sent out again 1st class delivery, they were sent a whole week later. The packaging leaves a lot to be desired. I have brought a new box for the lamp to wrap as a xmas present, as the box it was sent in had fallen apart and looked like it was 20 years old. I would never order from this company again.

So impressed with my lamp, ordered on monday and got my lamp on thursday.

Purchased 27/9/2018 still not received on 4/10/2018. Have emailed to request the expected delivery date as it should've been 2-3 days from order. Still no response from company.
