I ordered from Glowix and then immediately changed my mind. I sent them an email about 5 minutes after I ordered and asked them to cancel and not send it. They ignored me and sent it 2 days later. Scam! Do not buy!!

The trainers looked great and good value
However they are at least one size too small

Despite advertising as Glowix UK, they are in face based in and ship from China

Despite the inaccuracy in the sizing mis selling them they refuse to cover the cost of the return (it’s not their policy)
The cost for me to return to China is greater than the cost of the trainers

I emailed regarding my discount code, received an email straight away and my discount code was sorted straight away and I was able to receive my products straight away! They do not disappoint!

Faulty goods received. They are liable for return costs under these circumstances, that is the law. They repeatedly insist I pay for return to China!
Offer reduced cost item, basically chasing more money, hmm... Customer service hopeless, repeat email replies received stating same incorrect info. Asked for phone number to sort, silence. Avoid at all costs.

I received my shoes on Friday, well over 2 weeks after purchase. As a gardener, I put them straight on, as they are “waterproof” and it was going to be A soggy morning!
At first glance, they are very poor quality; you can see the glue along each line 🙄.
Waterproof??? I very much beg to differ. I’ve just arrived home and taken them off, my toes are wrinkled and my socks are wet… it didn’t rain today, just wet grass.
Are they comfortable? No, not particularly.
Are they worth the full price, ( I bought them at 50% off)… absolutely not!!!!!! They’re cheap and the sole is as thick as 2mm, and I’m being generous!
Are they made in Britain? Considering mine were shipped from China… I would say, nay!!!!!

Order was never dispatched. Numerous emails with no response. Got a response via instagram but by this time It had been two weeks and I managed to ask the bank to reverse the funds

The cream gave me spots all around my face cuz I had a reaction. Therefore I gave it to my mom and the same thing happened to her. I’m very disappointed as it was very expensive. And I did ask for a refund but they refused.

I received a faulty product broken and i was promised it would be replaced. This was in January 2023,i still haven't received nothing, every time i email them they say "we have sent another replacement product and wer sorry " but till this date 8 april 2023 i have still not received anything. I am very disappointed in ther service and if ther was a lower star i would give tat. They took my money and now just keep lingering me on.bery very disappointed with the service

The worse company to deal with. Do not order from them. I ordered and never received my order, I contacted them several times but no one got back to me. I had to raise a dispute through PayPal to get my money back. This company are a fraud and thieves. Do not use them!!!

amazing service and fast delivery

My item still hasn’t been delivered after a month, I have emailed and Instagram messaged but I don’t get a reply. This is so bad as it said it would come within a week. The customer service is also bad as nobody gives me a correct reply

First they sent me the damaged parcel.
Then I asked for refund n they said no we will send you new product.
Third I ordered few more stuff from them n I got it after a month.
And whenever I remind them for ky replacement stuff they completely ignore it.
