The delivery was done "at a neighbor"…

The delivery was done "at a neighbor" because I "wasnt home". Ofcourse i was home and the neighbor in question was on the other side of the neighborhood so i had to carry a very big and heavy package for around 300 meters. They just dont care as long as theyre legally covered by it being the same streetname its all the same to them. They also clearly just delivered it to the easiest house on the corner of the bigger road without even trying to approach where i actually live...

that has to be bad joke.

that has to be bad joke.. I received by email number wrong tracking number.. then i received by email code to go pick up my packet on the PACKETAUTOMAAT ok so packetautomaat opened BUT THERE WAS SOMEONE ELSES PACKET??!!
POSTNL could not help me because the wrong tracking numer so i have to deal with the shop . The shop luckyli pushing the GLS so i hope i will get my money back from the shop. IM STILL WAITING. BUT GLS today delivered some weird packet with envelopes inside (NOT MY ORDER), left it in the whole way, in front of the door , where anybody could take it..?? WHAT KIND OF STUPID JOKE IS THIS!! And yes there is no number to call .. only website gls-info.nl where you fill in form and yeah nothing much happens.. you have to go via the shop you have bought your stuff/packet. Crazy

Phone number unreachable

Phone number unreachable, no note by the delivery man, nobody who can help to find my valuable package. I will avoid any shops sending via GLS!!!

Sent to neighbor even though I was home.

Never received my package!! Track and trace said it was delivered to my neighbor because I was not home, but I was home. Furthermore, there is nobody with the name that apparently signed for my package. Now trying to call GLS and they are impossible to reach!

Edit: changed from 1 to 3 star. The package was delivered in the end.

Personally I had a great experience with GLS

I am surprised there are so many bad ratings. Personally I had a great experience with GLS.

I returned a package and got lost because there was a problem with the bar code/return label.

I was in touch with customer support constantly, they helped and looked for the package. In the end they found it, the workers had added the right address and sent it to the right recipient.

They did their best when there was a problem. I have zero complaints.

I have never had such a bad service (or…

I have never had such a bad service (or rather disservice) in any country and by any shipping company. Two days in a row I got a pin code and a tracking status shown "out for delivery" but, alas, my package did not arrive. It was back to depot. The second evening it showed "address not available". Not available where? I was at home all the time. So second evening I called to the client service and the guy there said "yes it is a bad service" and asked me where I want the package to be delivered - to home or a pick-up point. I said to home. Again, the third morning I get a pin code and the tracking status is shown to be "Driver is on the way. Out for delivery". One true thing was a driver was really on the way because I saw how he went past my house but he did not stop! Again we called the client service and they were like: "Oh he just missed you." How??
Anyway now we agreed to pick up the package from the pick-up point tomorrow but seeing other comments here I doubt I will ever receive my package.
