The worst delivery service on the planet
GLS is the absolute worst delivery service I have ever had the misfortune to use. They lied multiple times about attempted deliveries and I still have not received my package. I will never purchase from a company which uses GLS to deliver ever again.

Unbelievably bad service
Unbelievably bad service. I’ve been waiting for my package since 12:30 p.m. I even rescheduled my day so I could be home today. The tracking app says there are still two stops left, then “your package will arrive shortly,” and then: “There was no one home.” Even though I was waiting. I even looked out the window, and the GLS truck wasn’t even here at the door yet. The employees/drivers are just terrible and unmotivated…

Worst company on earth, I gave my full correct address and they wrote "further address information required" then returned my package to sender. When I tried calling their automated bot said it's my responsibility now and to contact the sender and hung up. Disgusting incompetence and 0 responsibility. Hope it goes bankrupt as soon as possible.
