Very reliable customer service
I ordered a e-bike battery from another shop and they sent the old model which has a different layout of pins to the latest model I have. They had no clue about my complaint and didn’t want to consider offering the exchange:( so I had to place another order and I found this company. The image was wrong on this website as well. However, after the inquiry, they responded very quick with a photo confirming that the webshop image is wrong and they can ship the right battery asap (and they did). They seem to be sincere, admitting that the image is wrong and promised the prompt action updating the information onsite.
