GMKtec Mini PC is the one of best Mini PC on market with friendly support after sale and affordable price with best promotion. I have used the NucBox G5 for my office work, it is mall but powerful enough for my work. For me I highly recommended it.

I got the M5 Ultra with 32 GB RAM and 1TB and the cpu 7730U.
The unit is impressive.
It looks good, and is silent.
The service team answered every email i sent about anything needed.
The price was very good.

I have bought the Nucbox M6 Ultra in October 2025. I bought it with RAM and SSD installed. Everything was fine.

I decided to insert a second NVMe, and boom, the M1.6 screw which holds the NVMe was badly tightened. I was shocked. I had to use a plier to unscrew it. And I also got a Green Screen of Death. I guess it was related to graphic driver.

However, on a positive note, I have successfully removed the screw and used another one. Moreover, the Green Screen of Death disappeared after updating the driver.

Also, support was responsive, and they provided me a different invoice to avoid taxes. I appreciate these from them.

A tip from me, you will receive an unbloated Windows from them if you opt for SSD pre-installed. However, I encourage you to uninstall it and install a fresh copy of Windows. I also use Linux Mint with it which works super well. Linux performs smoother.

I have read many users got their mini PCs stop working after a couple of months, I hope I will not be among them.

You can try one. I guess their bad looking website makes themeselves a suspicious company. But they provide good mini PCs.

I bought an "AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 EVO-X2 AI Mini PC", for $2000!!! That's right. The most expensive Mini PC they have.

And guess what? It was a broken PC. The GPU had a problem, where the output of HDMI consistently shows flashing green dots (I took videos and pictures I'm happy to share). I'm a software engineer, and I tried all possible remedies in software and cables, etc, but nothing fixed it. It's a hardware issue.

Given the Mini PC is broken, I'm entitled to the "hassle free return" they advertise for. Guess what? They wanted me to pay for shipping the broken item they sent me to China WITH INSURANCE, which will cost me $200!!!!! They even are asking me to lie about the price of the item on the forms!!!!

I would understand if the machine needs repair after having been used for a while. But this isn't my fault, yet I have to pay this crazy amount for shipping and they don't want to help further.

Now I will be filing a charge-back on my credit card. So much for "hassle free".

I recommend everyone stay away from this shady company and never buy from them. If something goes wrong, they will abandon you quickly.

I'm happy to remove this review if they take their PC back and refund me in full. Just in case they write their lame response of "contact us"... yeah, I'm already in contact!

Edit: After fighting with them for days with over 20 emails (!), they agreed to "reimburse" me for shipping, but they want me to pay for shipping. They suggested a specific shipping company to use, but then they want me to pay for shipping, and trust they will reimburse me, even though the shipping company offers credit card payments for shipping costs, so they can ask them to pick the item up from me. Very shady behavior! What recourse do I have if they don't pay me the shipping costs? I'll lose $100s of dollars. Returning items to them is very difficult due to all these constraints. Just don't bother! If your time has value, stay away from this shady company.

Suport from gmktec was realy good and My K12 is great and suport was 5 stars always respond, i forget the surprise gift and they will send to me. By the way the K12 64 GB was 550euro and for that price is best for the buks. Im realy satisfied. I put my 2 more nvme from ediloca 4TB and six 2TB and eveithing OK, the 1TB from k12 is 5000 MB/s good im surprised it fast for me and the igpu 780 for me is great im so sad to not bye the gpd1 it wae 410 and with 20 cupon was 390 but i delayed and loos the 40 euros discount form european site... suport good and i send email the next day they responded.

Placed an order for two Nucbox G3 Plus that was listed as in stock.
After three days with no updates on the order other than confirmed,contact with the company was initiated.
They replied that it would be processed one week after the order was placed and blamed high volume of orders. What has the high volume to do with products in stock?
yet after another 3 days passed after the first week, still no update on the order.
When I then requested to cancel the order, they replied back that they cancelled it but the money would not be refunded for a week.

The customer service is nothing but a scam!

Reading here (first after this horrible experience with this company) of others with the same experience certainly show that this company is just a fraud and should be avoided at all costs!

I ordered Gmktec K12 and they sent me G3S, and they offered me to refund the price difference.

Quick communication. The EVO-X2 is incredible machine! I appreciate the non-bloatware install of Win 11 Pro. Loaded gpt-oss-120b and runs very fast. ROCm runs fine also. If you want a local AI machine, this is it. Fast delivery (a little over a week from China to porch)

Amazing experience. Order was delivered within expected time. Shipment was packed nicely and delivered securely. Customer support is very helpful.

I purchased a 12+512GB and it worked great for about a month and now nothing! I’ve contacted customer service several times and receive one response asking me to include the serial number ( which was included in the initial email to customer service). I resubmitted and nothing!

I do however get a lot of sale emails from them! Just a personal statement, I’d be extra cautious when purchasing one of these. I have lost money due to missed deadlines.

Ordered a K8 Plus, arrived after 3-4 weeks (from China).
Customer service answered all my enquiries same day and refunded me VAT + toll right after the delivery.
The product is as disclosed, works perfectly and good quality.
Reliable company.

Sent fake tracking saying they shipped my package at the start of the month october 7th then the 20th comes around and im like hey tracking hasnt updated did you ship the package and bam tracking updated was not shipped out of stock no emails since order. no response to emails either. You made this problem yourself and lost a customer you should do better, you suck.

Bei meiner Lieferung gab es Probleme mit der Zollabwicklung. Eine Mail an den Support und das Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Der K11 kam sehr gut verpackt und versiegelt an. Die Inbetriebnahme erfolgte problemlos. Dies kleine PC hat eine enorme Leistung. Es macht viel Spaß damit zu arbeiten. Der von vielen angesprochene laute Lüfter stört mich persönlich nicht, er tut seinen Dienst. Und auf dem Profil "Silent" ist er kaum wahrnehmbar. Alles in allem ein gutes Gerät. Über die Haltbarkeit kann ich keine Aussage treffen und hoffe bei einem Problem auf den sehr guten Service.

There were problems with customs clearance for my delivery. I sent an email to customer support and the problem was solved immediately. The K11 arrived very well packaged and sealed. It was easy to set up. This small PC has enormous power. It's a lot of fun to work with. Personally, I don't mind the loud fan that many people have mentioned; it does its job. And on the “Silent” profile, it's barely noticeable. All in all, a good device. I can't comment on its durability, but I hope that if there are any problems, the excellent customer service will be there to help.

I bought the NucBox G10 Mini PC for my dad. He mainly uses it for browsing the internet and watching videos. The reason we had to switch machines is because Microsoft is about to stop supporting Windows 10, and his old computer can’t upgrade to Windows 11.

Overall, this little PC handles web browsing, video streaming, and even some casual online games really smoothly. For under $200, you get 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD, which is more than enough for daily use. The initial setup was super easy too—just one tip: don’t connect it to the internet during the very first setup, otherwise it’ll automatically start updating. I didn’t know that at first and ended up spending over four hours updating the system.

Now, a couple of downsides. First, there aren’t enough USB ports. Second, the instructions could be clearer. For example, the pre-installed system already comes with the drivers, so you don’t actually need to download them again from AMD’s website—I only found that out later. If they made that point clear, it would save users a lot of time.

That said, none of these are dealbreakers. At this price, the performance is honestly a great value. Customer service is mainly through email, but their responses were quick and friendly, which was a nice surprise.

Shipping, on the other hand, took longer than I expected—it’s not as fast as it used to be, and getting stuff from China to the US takes some time. Hopefully, they can stock more units locally in the US so delivery speeds up.

I might even get a higher-end version for myself later, mainly for gaming.

Having read the previous reviews, I can only say that gmktec is a fast-learning organization. Communication with the company is very effective. So far, my emails have been answered within a few hours. The product I ordered was delivered from Hong Kong to the Netherlands two days earlier than promised.
If the product continues to work as expected, I will remain a satisfied customer.

Buying from gmktech.com is not a pleasant experience at all. It has been 8 days since I ordered and the status is still 'awaiting shipment'.

Update: My shipment has been shipped via Fedex a day after this review, and its ETA is on the 3rd October. My apologies for being too critical to gmktec. I will update my review again when received

Update 12th Oct: The mini pc I ordered arrived on 3rd of Oct. The mini pc quality is beyond my expectation. Although the m2 2280 slot is not usable other than for storage (it doesn't detect non storage nvme). Other than that it was a pleasant experience to use the mini pc
