I bought shoes from them, for more than 3 weeks now it has not been delivered and all their phone numbers are not reachable. They are not replying emails and can’t get hold of them. It sounds like I have been scammed
At first, Go-Britain were helpful arranging an exchange of some sneakers to a different size. Then, the new shoes arrived – in exactly the same size. I re-ordered the shoes in the size I needed, and they did come eventually (some weeks after the initial order), but the company would not refund me for the additional cost of posting my return – even though they told me beforehand that they would. It's already expensive to return (you have to pay about €8 postage), and I had to do it twice, even though this was the fault of the company. Unacceptable and misleading customer service.
