You cancelled two of my orders said it was no longer available yet you took my money and will keep it for 7-10 business days .....and i went out this evening and it was going to allow me to order it .........NOT GOOD

Huge selection of prescription frames.

Great selection of prescription frames from a lot of different brands.

I needed smaller frames (lens diameter 46 to 49) and they had more to choose from than any other sites I looked through.

This was my first purchase, so I don't know yet whether my order will arrive in a few business days as they claim.

Sent me defective bent crooked frames…

Sent me defective bent crooked frames with the lenses gapped and not even touching the frame in 3 places
Customer service via phone and emails were rude and they told me to get “them fixed myself”. They refused to let me speak with a manager despite 5 separate request I made over 72 hrs of receiving the glasses. They refused to let me return or replacement, nor refund. Despite being within guidelines of their warranty.
They have an “F” with Better Business and now I see they have tons of horrible reviews with others having a similar issue like mine

Putting Customers Last.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them. They sent me frames that were completely different than pictured on their website. Now they are unwilling to do anything about it, other than allow me to return them if they are "unworn". Newsflash, Go-Optic: I didn't realize they shipped the wrong ones until I put them on. So they are not "unworn". Oh, and they offered me an unspecified "discount" if I were to buy another pair. Like I'll make the same mistake twice.

Never again.

Cancellation, then shipping date pushed out, then claim of payment denial

I made a purchase for two pairs of frames on November 3. On November 11, AFTER my frames should already have shipped according to their processing timelines, I received an email that my order was being reduced to one pair because the other pair was out of stock. Fair enough. I emailed them and asked that instead of reducing, could they please just double up the first pair. They said no problem. I got a new confirmation of order and I expected to receive them by the 17th. Then I never got a shipping notification AGAIN. So I go check the order status and now it says November 21 is the expected shipping date. So I contact the customer service. Then on November 17, I get a notification that my payment method was declined and I have to fix it. Quickly after that I get an email from customer service telling me that my second pair of frames haven't arrived and they'll ship them to me when they do arrive and that my payment was declined so I have to fix that before my order can be shipped at all. So I go check my credit card because I distinctly remember being charged already. They charged me alright, for one pair of frames but not even at the cost of half of the original order so I have no idea what this charge actually is. So I emailed them back and told them no, I wouldn't be giving them a new payment method and to refund my order. This has been a complete nightmare and I could have just ordered the frames elsewhere. By the way, I ordered the first frames that they said were out of stock and apparently discontinued elsewhere and already received them. I just ordered my other frames and will have them in hand before the end of the week. Working with Go-optic is a total nightmare. I'm sure I would never have received any of my order and they would have just kept claiming issues with my order or payment for weeks or months on end. If they had had the one issue, it would have still been okay. But three major issues? Out of stock, payment declined, product not arrived in time to ship? Like, come on. That just screams SCAM.

Now they've come back on my request for cancellation and told me that I have to pay a 10% restocking fee despite the fact they don't even have my order to send it to me. Since my order not being available is not my fault, they should not have charged me for shipping and should not be charging me anything to cancel. None of these issues are my fault. I took the 10% fee and am now posting reviews to let everyone know what they are doing so maybe fewer people can experience the atrocious unprofessionalism and horrific customer service.

An excellent place to get eyeglasses

They have a great selection of frames at fair prices. Ditto for their selection of lenses, coatings, etc. I bought from them because I am picky, and want lots of choices. Also, they replaced some lenses for me some years ago, and did a super job.

Reality is a total lack of Customer Service!

Reality is a total lack of Customer Service. They hind behind Voice Mail and do not return request for a call back. Their website, which is all this "shell company" really has, is difficult to process and navigate, especially when you have a legitimate return and trying to accomplish it inside of they strict policy.
Buyer beware, I cannot recommend them!

You had a very specific pair of frames

You had a very specific pair of frames, both in color and style. I love these frames and over the years this is my third time choosing them. The last order was in 2022 and I again ordered this same frame today. Thank you!!!

Go-Optic.com for the WIN!

I found Go-Optic while searching online for my lost Ray-Bans replacement sunglasses. I was trying to find the Lady Burbank Sunglasses in a size 52. They were the ONLY ones I could find with the size and description I needed. A few days after placing the order, I emailed the Support Team to find out when they may be delivered as we were planning on leaving the country in a few short days. They immediately responded to me with all the tracking information I needed. I was able to received the AWESOME sunglasses in only a couple of days! Yay to the Support Team at Go-Optics! Y'all are fabulous!

Not happy been waiting for 10 days and they still haven’t sent the eye glass frame for my daughter and poor costumer service ..i was hoping to get a faster service this time since it’s not my 1st order..so far I dont recommend this store ….
