There is a debugging issue in Airo and Google API. I followed all the steps and blew through credits; debugging Google API still unresolved in Airo.

I have read reviews criticizing the rates GoDaddy charges for hosting and design. Given the level of support I have received I am quite content paying what are reasonable hosting and web development fees.

GoDaddy has exceeded my expectations in every way thus far.

I have two critiques:
(i) the AI chat bot (bit of a time kill) when calling the support line

(ii) make it easier to set up a website without Airo; I had to call customer service to get the web-design tool I initially wanted (which is MUCH better than the AI-enabled tool)

Sheraz called to review my account and expertly took me through the new Airo AI building tool. Very well done. He listened carefully to my wants and needs, was sensitive to my circumstances and made excellent suggestions.

Two nights ago my 5th attempt to get a BLU based business out of my head and into the real world making a real difference.
Except this time the website didn’t need hours into days and weeks of work, never ending months of tweaks, ‘not good enough’ never to cease.
Airo has been released and it’s changed everything.
With a one paragraph prompt, today BLUpoint.org is fully operational.
But without the help from people at Go Daddy: for this site I have Christian to thank for the Airo introduction, Constantine for the Microsoft Exchange free email account, Umesh did the last part of the set up I still couldn’t work out after 2 hours, and Robert took away my worries when the site went down by listening to a BLU story I’ve not told before.
If my businesses make it; then I will be proof positive that with Go Daddy’s experts and Airo’s astonishing website building, imagination and effort is enough.
PLUS : the total cost is just £17.99 a month, half that paid a year upfront and a free email address for a year,
What’s not to like?

I originally signed up for and created a basic small business website. I was so amazed by how quickly I was able to create a nice looking website in such a short time. I called to find out about moving a club’s website to Go Daddy and Scott showed me the power of Airo AI. While we discussed the options for the club’s site, Scott applied Airo AI in a “sandbox” to my small business website… WOW! What a transformation! Many years ago, we paid several thousand dollars for a website of similar caliber. We kept the Airo version.

I switched from 360 Marketing which is a total scam to build a website and host it. $2k to build it and $65 a month to host it with no marketing service. Go Daddy rebuilt my website exactly in 15 minutes using Airo and only charges me $11 a month for same service.

Airo work great. I thought making a website would be much more harder. I did have one small issue. I called the help desk the gentleman I spoke with helped me in a very professional way. He did a great job.

I would highly recommend Go Daddy to anyone looking to build their own website! I highly suggest using their amazing AIRO in the building your website! I am literally saving over $15,000 by building my website myself with Go Daddy and with AIRO! And their technical team is there ready to assist to help you create the best possible website, and to answer any questions, and to help you with any issues!

Robert and Airo AI helped me renew and update my site. Robert, however, is your true jewel. I was feeling so overwhelmed by life when I called this morning and he just walked me right through what I needed. It was a HUGE relief to renew and update my website. I really appreciate all he did to help me. Honestly, he has helped restore my faith in people with his kindness and patience...and on a Monday morning!

Their new AI builder is a racket. When you subscribe to the builder, it comes with "AI credits" which are used up every time you request an AI modification, which you basically have to use for every minor tweak. It took longer to ask AI to build my site than it did to manually create it using their cheaper, non-AI builder. When it takes 3-5 requests to make simple changes, and every change costs you credits, you run out and have to BUY MORE TO FINISH THE SITE YOU ARE ALREADY PAYING FOR.

I now have to wait until next month for my "free monthly credits" from my monthly paid subscription to continue to build my still unfinished site.

Longer version:

I talked to a rep on the phone about building a simple site with a form submission so I could pull click-throughs from an Ad I was running. I purchased the subscription for the Domain and website builder, just to find that it did not allow code integration.

I called back in, and was told that I needed to upgrade to the Airo AI builder version to get that functionality. So I up my subscription but now I have to rebuild my entire site with the AI platform because the original I spent an entire day building expires with my original subscription.

So I ask this AI builder to recreate the original site. It does an OK job but I have to swap out all the media because apparently THIS builder has a different media library. I quickly realize that, I am not just able to use AI to build the whole thing, but I MUST. Manual design is even more restricted on the AI tool. You basically have to request every minor change and hope it gets it right (spoiler - 50% chance it doesn't.) The last one I made was to connect a hyperlink that is showing a 404. It told me it couldn't find a problem. Then it charged me my last 4 credits for the month.

This model is predatory. Microtransactions required after you've already paid for the builder.

Brianne was awesome and so knowledgeable about the future as we move forward with AI and she provided me with some great tips and insights concerning my business goals and as we move forward in today’s environment of AI she was so helpful and courteous. So my business website will move forward as an AI website and now Brianne has made me feel very comfortable and confident that my business will be on Airo AI Platform.

I’m new to setting up websites so decided to use GoDaddy as they advertise that they’re there to help. But stupidly I went with my own knowledge and purchased the Commerce Website £215 (so I’m now told) and then I decided to take their offer of Airo Web-builder help .. oh but this is chargeable but I knew I needed help (£107) so started building my website and the I ran out of Airo credits so was told I could buy more .. 1/4 the way through my website so £27 for more credits .. then notified again that I was low on credits so I rang GoDaddy and for a non English speaking agent .. to which he just kept laughing .. I told him it’s not funny that I’m out of pocket now by £474 for a self build website and the line went dead.. so today whilst on leave from work decided to message them to ask for a refund and told NO I only had 7 days and that had gone by … which I told her I tried to cancel but the no speaking operative couldn’t understand what I was saying .. but again they won’t give me a refund for a website that will just site there as I’ve built my Airo one .. expensively and never again … please be careful when looking for a Web design .. shop around and read reviews .. expensive error and the lessons learnt don’t phone as they don’t understand you and then it’s too late

Ryan was very helpful and walked me through the painless experience of AIRO with ease.

Ever since I started with GoDaddy, I have found them to be professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ian was particularly helpful, patient, and thorough in getting Airo launched and my hosting squared away. He is an asset to the company and represents them on a "top-shelf" level.

Love the Airo but need to able to add pages with out spending AI credits

Despite paying for my monthly Airo website creation application package, my monthly credit wasn't credited. I contacted GoDaddy online customer service, and the representative, in a mocking and blatant lie, claimed that credit isn't given when you renew monthly and tried to sell me another credit. This customer service, far from resolving the issue, only tries to sell through lies, damaging the GoDaddy brand. Instead of solving the problem, they try to take advantage of my situation with lies, seriously harming GoDaddy's reputation.I didn't receive an update credit on June 24th; Airo performed free transactions due to errors, but it didn't give me a monthly credit when I renewed monthly.

Airo AI builder is excellent and being able to talk to live knowledgeable and actually helpful customer support is great.

Customer service is top notch. Needed to have my old domain to go with my new website, so I had to call in. They had it up and going in an hour. Explained everything well for us to create our own website on Airo AI builder.

My experience with GoDaddy started well — purchasing a domain was smooth and straightforward. I also signed up for their email hosting.

That’s when things quickly went downhill. While setting up the emails on my mobile device, I ran into persistent technical issues. Over two weeks, I made 8 phone calls to tech support. Each time I was promised a callback the same day (which never happened), told the issue would be escalated, and assured it was being handled.

In reality, there was no record of any escalation when I followed up, and cases were repeatedly marked “resolved” without any fix. The problem was only resolved when I finally called to cancel the email hosting.

While cancelling, a technician gave me a demo of Airo AI Builder (GoDaddy’s AI website builder). It looked impressive, so I signed up for the Professional plan (300 credits per month). I was not told it was still in beta.

What followed was extremely frustrating. The AI agent has so many glitches that I had to repeat the same requests dozens of times for basic tasks. Each failed attempt burned through my credits and wasted hours of my time. Essentially, I was paying to beta-test their product. When I contacted support about the excessive credit waste and asked for a goodwill credit adjustment, they refused.

To be fair: When Airo works well, it is genuinely powerful and can save a lot of time. But the frequent failures, combined with inadequate support, made it a costly and disappointing experience.

GoDaddy needs to significantly improve both their traditional support and the stability of Airo before charging customers to help test it. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
