This is the second travel adapter we have bought, this one for my wife. Off to Europe next week so looking forward to trying it out

The product was delivered in a timely fashion.
I was impressed by the compact design and that it came as advertised. I appreciate the thought and care that obviously went into the design and I started using it within hours of its arriving.

I’m really happy with my purchase of the GoDashed Power Bank! I recently traveled to Hong Kong and was relieved that it came with a multi-plug adapter — it worked perfectly with the different outlets there. I also used it in the Philippines, even though all my adapters are NZ-style, so that was a big plus.

What I love most is how compact and convenient it is. You can charge all your gadgets at the same time—just plug it directly into the outlet and you’re good to go!

My only wish is that it had a longer battery life so I could fully charge both my iPhone and iPad without running low. But overall, it’s still one of the best power banks I’ve used, especially for travel.

I love the product and would definitely recommend it. Comms were slow when I followed up about delivery and and spare plug adapters. I had to follow up twice.
Otherwise I’d have given 5 stars.

It’s so easy to use. I haven’t tried it on overseas travel yet but having tried it out in so many different situations I am positive it’s going to be everything it is advertised to be. It's heavier than I would have liked but worth it for all the cords and plugs I won’t need for different countries. I have an Apple Watch, AirPods, iPhone & a computer so that is a lot of connections needed. Everything is in one place

BEWARE... Horrible Customer Service, received a 4 in 1 base charger and the main phone pod does not work or charge. I have been trying to contact them via email and phone for a week with no response. I initiated a return and the return label is to New Zealand, from Canada would cost 2x what the charger cost. They say they have warehouses in Canada yet the return is only for New Zealand. You roll the dice with this company and if you have a problem with your charger you're out of luck.

I’d like to be able to track the order better. Otherwise pretty good.

It's a great product and loved that the iphone can be charged by sitting it on top.

I ordered start of January and told 10-15 days, still not received 46 days later and no response back from them the past 12 days despite saying they will get back to me…very poor would not trust

Don’t buy if you live in the Uk!
Bought the product but want to return it as it does not fit our needs!
Because they are based in New Zealand there is a big shipping cost to return it (approx 50% of purchase price) which is non refundable.
However we are prevented from even doing this because the shipping requires the recipient tax code and they won’t give it to us despite contacting them on a number of occasions. We’ve explained to them it’s a mandatory requirement but they refuse to help so we are stuck.
Very unhappy
