I travel alot and was so excited about this charger however I have taken it to Europe twice in the past 2 months and have been disappointed both times.
When I attached my phone to the magnet charger to continually beeps as if it is making the connection over and over. it doesn't simply attach and stay there.

The additional cords are so short if the block is plugged in it is impossible to attach any additional devices. Finally my watch charger dosen't work at all with this deviece.

Very impressed with the quality and durability of the product. Would highly recommend.

Delivery AWFUL. They boast 24 hour dispatch with upcharge to expedite. FAILED on both. Notified me after 3 that product out of stock, offered to change color, no refund for missing ship window, IGNORED calls & emails regarding switch and delivery. I needed to purchase from another brand so I had a charger for international trip.

Easy online purchase, quick delivery, sturdy quality, noticeably faster charging, convenient international adapters, and all in one convenient case. A great alternative to traveling with a plethora of plugs and cords. What’s not to love?

Fast shipping and the multi-use power bank is exactly what I was looking for and great quality.

In their literature, this company suggests that their charger will allow your laptop to maintain its charge, especially if you’ve done a pass-through basis (in other words plugged into the wall while it is charging your laptop.] In my case this wasn’t true. My small laptop, running on the most miserly power settings was unable to hold the charge powered by the dashed that was plugged into the wall. I emailed them about a return, but it was denied because I did not have my packaging. You have better options.

Update. After some back-and-forth, they finally did agree to accept my return.

And in reaponse to their reply their website at the time definitely suggested that it could charge a laptop

The delivery was fast and efficient, with reliable tracking. I have not yet tried the GoDashed while travelling, but it has been a godsend for charging my son's iPad while on the go, and my phone when I don't feel like plugging in my actual cord into an outlet. The charging of the GoDashed unit is great, and I like how you can see the amount of charge clearly displayed. I would definitely recommend this product!!

The online order process was seamless and delivery was as promised. The teeny tiny booklet that comes with the charger is not legible without a magnifying glass. The website does not have it online either. Would be helpful to be able to see what it says.

The delivery was extremely fast. I am in Europe using the charger and it is awesome.

The books all arrived at our door, just different days in different packages.

Process of ordering was easy. Item was delivered quickly. The item itself is great! it had replaced our other power banks as it is so compact and has all the cords needed included.

Bought the product. Charged it and tried the data ports. All good. Took on a trip and then built in cables did not work. Got back from my trip and contacted the company. Was 60 days from my purchased and the company said they only warranty their product for 50 days. Do not buy. Is a scam.

I should have not given this company a star. I’m from Canada and bought their product. It was supposed to be delivered on July 28 but wasn’t due to held for non-payment not sure what that is so I checked it on the FedEx website and there’s a $40 something that has to be paid. I emailed their customer service and Dylan their customer support said that they paid duties and taxes. Kept following up and keep getting no update yet. So I decided that I want to be refunded and I’m not gonna pay $40 for a $150 product. It’s August 4 and no update from them. DO NOT BUY. I don’t think they treat their customers right.

Ordered June 8, 2023 for travel to Europe on July 8, 2023. Tracking updated June 13, 2023 indicating my order is enroute to Canada. July 1, 2023 tracking continues to say the same. I was forced to equip myself with something else for fear of not having a portable charger at all. I no longer need the goDashed product if ever I do receive it. Have been told by the company I cannot cancel an order that is already enroute but their ‘mammoth 50’ day return policy would allow me plenty of time to return my order. Their order confirmation email indicates shipment to North America was 4-15 business days. I DO NOT want nor feel it is my responsibility to pay return shipment fees on a ‘contract’ they could not fulfill.
CANNOT recommend this company.

Lovely company to deal with...they were all super friendly and the product I received works wonders. Has made my O.E so much easier and stress free. Couldn't recommend GoDashed more!
