Had to settle with less but not their fault
it wasn't associate Mike Salcedo's fault, but I had been offered an alternate in-stock freezer on 12/22. But it never processed and when I got around to looking what the heck was the holdup the freezer was gone. I had to settle for a much smaller upright freezer which is kinda a bummer. However Mike was himself very friendly/helpful and left me with all options, even a full refund. In the end after a lot of hand wringing I went with the much smaller one. Its just how it is these days with the WRONG party running the government and screwing it up.

Delays in Shipping
Hello,I’m so sorry, I’m editing. If you’ve read the below review I withdraw!!!!! They did expedite my order. However it came opened and damaged!!!! Had I not been home to decline the order I would be on perpetual hold with a company who clearly does not give a crap. This type of lip service is why I rarely order on line. Go to a big box store and let ma and pa fail. They are obviously not concerned about any needs but there own bottom line. [I misspoke from here on down]DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!Currently involved in a remodel and had ordered a Kitchen Aid under counter Fridge /Freezer to accentuate the modern style. Of course I ordered it on sale @ the best price I could find. Goedeker's had it in stock ready to ship hundreds less than any supplier. Expected it to ship out ASAP. Unfortunately some time had passed and what seemed like a screaming deal on a holiday sale may never come.
I contacted customer service to find out why there was such a delay. CSR Glenda Kennedy assured me that yes, the product was in stock as advertised, however, with the current state of the shipping industry that my order had been delayed. She verified an approximate shipping date and contacted the shipping department to try to expedite for me. Her concern for my situation, and professional demeanor put my worries at ease as an honest explanation usually does. Most definitely recommend.
