Exceptional service and customer friendly support!

Been a gofrugal customer for 3+ years and their service is exceptionally good. I have their software running in all my 4 outlets and they address all the service requirements almost immediately and are really compassionate towards their customers.
Special mention to “Divya” from gofrugal support team. She not just understood the situation I was in but also took ownership of that and gave the best possible solution she can with empathy and kindness. A big thanks to Divya and the entire gofrugal team for their phenomenal support in helping businesses grow!

The support team is excellent

The support team is excellent. More than the product it's the after-sale support that matters most in System. The support person helped us out efficiently and promptly with absolute knowledge. Keep up the good work!!
