I got great technical support from Go frugal, especially from MR. eswar reddy, Thank you so much for help me.

So many things are there software is really good but we do not know so many things how we could use so that's why I am giving 3 star. In near Future we will expect that we know better.

Company is well and good . I would say they can do much better in their services .

This is a quality software where we retailer can get all type of updates and facilities.

this is carefive supermarket abudahbi UAE as its known im with gofrogal from three year .
some as i said before in recommending gofrogal still i say same thing but in UAE they have very poor service that y i really can not tell my other ppl about to go for this software becose they cant give any kind of help they dont have any location in UAE wats ppl first ask about may they have one staff which naver keep in touch from years which uncountable which keeps me on every renewal time to change to another software .
only we get online help which takes day to solve ur problem in online help in realy just happy from name of selvapriya which is well knowledge about to solve problems so my five stars r just for online and for selvapriya thanks

Worst Software & Worst Team. They do not give importance to the client & there issue. All are lazy & doing timepass.

Give Service not properly and software purches before Service is good but now not connected to Service and what’s now 24 hours not working Costmer Service too poor

This is my honest review.
This software was recommended to me by a retailer in ooty.
On contacting the bangalore office, i was visited by their area manager and Santosh.
I paid Rs 10000 as advance for them to start installation and training
on day one an inexperienced person visited my place and could not install properly even after spending 8 hours on the job. clearly he was not trained and kept calling his office for clarifications. He could not finish the job

On day 4 after numerous calls i was visited by Santosh who spent nearly 5 hours trying to install. Nothing was done to my satisfaction. He told me to start using and any bugs and clarifications would be sorted out the next day

I started using the software and encountered millions of bugs, i made a note of every one and contacted Santosh. He told me he would follow up and solve any issues facec by me.
That is the last i heard from them.
I have since installed Shoper from Tally and am extremely satisfied with it.
With regards to GoFrugal I request all people who are considering it; Please do not trust go frugal. They are cheats to the core and are not interested in followups once they have taken your money.
I have been trying to get in touch with them for a refund but there is absolutely no response from them

Very comfortable to use the software, comparing the old complicated accounting software. Would recommend this app if your looking for easy go accounting software.

Gofrugal service is very good, but to connect to the support team its bit difficult we need someone to speak regarding the issues

Very Good Software. Has lots of functionalities aiding in managing business. Also evolves continuously with new functionalities. Support system is excellent which works 24x7 365.

There are also help videos and help documentation available online which is quite handy.

Recommended.

Gofrugal is very good product and whatsnow is an useful app. Mohammed was great help for me.
