Mr. Falran has been assisting me in troubleshooting some issues that we had. He provided helpful, ordered suggestions and access to resources such as tools and video guides to help resolve the issue. The responses to my questions were very timely and thoughtful. The problem I had was mostly resolved through some workarounds he suggested, which allowed me to play the game with minimal difficulties. I'm thankful for the kind listening ear he offered.

I recently had an issue with a game install file, and Falran from tech support responded very quickly (couple of hours) and with the correct troubleshooting and solution, problem solved.
The one issue I can find with GOG so far is probably lack of MacOS and Linux versions for some very popular games. Apart from that, no problems at all with sales or tech support.

In a word, Falran. Falran worked hard to solve my problem and he did solve it. A courteous and knowledgeable person, Falran taught an older player how to systematically approach the problem, diagnose it and install the recommended fix. Thank you.

I had an issue with a video game cutscene playback. The IT support from Falran went above and beyond. He fixed the problem and gave me free IT information to run videos games better on my PC.

Farlan was very prompt on trying to help me fix my problem.
but for this game I fixed it myself. but to let you know how I fixed it just to have one more tool in your troubleshooting toolkit was I had to create a new profile on my PC was not a driver issue at all. I feel on the install it corrupted the config file(s) on the app data of that user account.

I had a problem with a game and Falran (that now I almost consider him as a friend, hehe!) was helping me a lot, he did his best to repair my game, but at the end nothing we could do. He gave me a refund of the game and everything was great. He is the best. Thank you very much, Falran.

GOG's support team was very patient and helpful in resolving the issue. One of the best support services I have ever received, specifically in the person of Falran, who was very friendly, helpful, and ready to assist. A positive experience.

Spoke with a rep via email, with great patience on them for helping a bit of a goober like me Managed to get the game i was missing added it without any issues. Only time I had this kind of service was with steam. Keep this up!

Gog.com is a wounderfull place where I can find old games runable on an actual pc without virtualisation.
The prices are fair.
I actually found there Return to Krondor. A game I deeply loved to play in my childhood. I wanted to play it again but endet up with problems in my virtual old Windows. A friend of mine then told me about that place and I could simply play it on my windows 11 without any virtual windows.
Some month later I had grafik issues with the game. I guess due to windows updates. But the support was great. Although the price of the game was just around 5 Euro. The support team took the time to solute my issues.

There was an issue with the soundtrack DLC for UFO ROBOT GRENDIZER – The Feast of the Wolves, and I got in touch with GOG support about it.

Falka said they notified the product team about it, and I've waited for some time.

I checked on December 11 and saw that the incorrect download was removed, but the soundtrack was still unavailable, so I was admittedly worried. Thankfully, another GOG support staff member named Falran got back to me yesterday to let me know that the problem had been resolved, and the soundtrack can be downloaded.

Very grateful that the problem was fixed.

Staff were incredibly helpful! I had an issue with an achievement unlocking in a game over the Christmas period. Both Falran and Ponczo were really polite and able to unlock the achievement manually for me on my profile. I really love the effort that GOG makes to ensure that games are playable, especially as someone who loves trying to collect all of the achievements for the games in their library!

Falran was brilliant and helped me getting a game I purchased to work. 10/10.

first they come up with a "unify all launchers via integrations" then it N-E-V-E-R works and then it's completely impossible to remove the library of other launchers from it, making it a stinking pile of mess where you'll never find which games are on what, if you have several.
never using this shit again, Playnite all day long from now on
