I needed a fit to fly letter for a holiday and Dr Varathan quickly put my mind at ease and gave me reassurance that they do many fit to fly letters daily. The whole process was quick and efficient , Dr Varathan. and his team were quick to respond to my emails and amended the fit to fly letter which my travel company asked for promptly. I have had two appointments with Gogodoc and they were great. Far more relaxed and less rushed than the NHS appointments I have had - and off course I got the appointment either the same day or the next day to suit me.

There was no issue regarding how long the appointment took - we chatted until I was satisfied all my questions/concerns had been answered.
Also I was worried they might try to sell me further private consultations, but this was not the case. The doctor clearly cared about me and my concerns.

I’ve been using gogodoc for 4 years. I live in north Bedfordshire and travel down specially to see Dr Varathan. He has become my full time gp. Very reasonably priced. Service is amazing. A real credit to their profession Everyone else there is great, staff are really friendly. On times other drs have consulted along side Dr Varathan they’ve been brilliant, most professional clinic I’ve ever used. That’s why I repeatedly use them. I travel an hour and pay to see a professional at the top of their game, when I want, how I want and they always provide top notch care. The Main thing I can’t state enough, is they care. Lovely people who do a great job. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Dr Varathan was a lifesaver. Scheduled an appointment in the morning and he was at the house hours later with a diagnosis. He came back later to give additional care based on my symptoms progressing as he warned. He followed up several times and made me feel cared for and important. Highly recommend.

Where would I have been without Dr Varathan?! We were in such good hands. He came at short notice, examined my mum thoroughly, he was calm, kind, patient and clearly knew what he was doing. Very knowledgeable. He went well beyond just our visit and supported us via WhatsApp after. Our saving angel. I cannot recommend this doctor highly enough, you will be in the best hands.

I was very grateful to have Dr. Lavan as my seeing physician. I was able to make a same day appt with his office and see him swiftly and was given very helpful knowledge of causation, various options & preferable treatment plans with pros and cons for each, and was very considerate and professional. He was gracious to answer all my questions and put any fears to rest :)

The whole process was smooth and excellent. I was able to get a last-minute appointment without any hassle. Dr. Varathan explained everything in detail and clearly knew what he was doing. The consultation was thorough, and he took the time to gather all necessary information to suggest the best treatment. From booking the appointment to receiving the medication, the entire experience was fast, smooth, and highly professional.

I saw Dr Lavan in January after a referral and I was very impressed by him. He took the time to explain in detail about cholesterol and statins, and at no time did I feel rushed. He was very thorough. I would definitely go back there if need be.

Amazing service. Called within 45 minutes, required medication prescribed and collected all within an hour which saved me a 5 hour wait at the walk in centre.
I will absolutely use again if required.
