This company is awful. It doesn't even deserve one star. Do not part with your money. I put a deposit down with them two years ago. They cancelled the job but have never refunded me. I've phoned them relentlessly to rectify the problem. Same old nonsense along the lines of "my details will be passed onto the relevant department and i'll be reimbursed". It never happens.

They keep bombarding me with sales calls. They have done so for the past two years. Like I'm going to do anymore business with a company that's robbed me. I had several calls yesterday. A woman calling herself Clare Stevens. I've had this so called Clare Stevens ringing me for months and months. I recognise her voice. It appears to be identical to a woman called Fiona who used to bombard me with calls. I challenged her many moons about this. I said "I'm sure your real name is Fiona because I recognise your voice". According to the woman purporting to be Clare Steves, she is Fiona's sister. I also ask her "why does she keep phoning me" I've never ever spoken to you before she replies". It really is tedious.

This Claire Stevens entity rings me this morning to scream abuse down the phone. Now I really have had enough and phoned this scumbag of an outfit. The guy on the other end had never heard of Clare Stevens. I said "I believe Clare Stevens is not her real name. It's probably Fiona"

"Oh I know Fiona" he says.

It's just lie after lie, crappy excuse after crappy excuse with these people. Of couse the guy promised to sort the situation out for me. It'll never happen.

Stay away, avoind them like the plague. 56% are bad reviews. That says it all. I wonder how many of the five star reviews are bogus, being sent in by people connected to the company????

The calls yesterday. I didn't pick up after the first call, but I kept getting repeatedly called. It was the same number that kept calling. Six rings then the answer phone kicks in, So the caller immediately redials and on and on it goes. My phone is ringing away for ages. I mean what moron behaves like this? This is harrassment.

I can't give zero or I would. I allowed myself to be persuaded to agree to some work by this company and paid a deposit of £960.00. I am embarrassed that I was taken in by these con merchants. As soon as I read the reviews, (the same day) I contacted them for a refund. Since then, I have emailed them, rung them and written to them. At the last phone call I was told they had staff off sick and as soon as they returned they would contact me and authorise my refund. Needless to say they have neither contacted me nor returned my deposit. I am now consulting trading standards to begin the process of trying to get my deposit. I have also been recommended to contact my local radio.
Please don't fall for their smooth sales talk.

If I could give a zero score I would. Placed an order with this company on 14th September, decided to cancel it on 16th September and despite being told that they have a 28 day refund policy, it is day 51 now and I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. The salesman who I placed the order with, Andrew John, told me that they would not bank the cheque but it cleared our account on the same day that I cancelled the order. It seems to me that no-one at this company has any scruples, they are massive scam artists. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If there was a nil I would have given that. This company do not employ staff that can do the job they are supposed to. My daughter & I had fascias, soffits, gutters, down pipes & dry verge fitted. Started May - still not complete. So many cock ups & they are definitely bodge it & leg it’s. My dry verge blew off first strong winds we had & I got a proper roofer in to complete the job. They also damaged all my concrete patterned drive & paths so I had to have all that redone. Damaged my daughters conservatory roof & refusing to sort it. DEFINITELY AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Don’t learn by your mistakes like I did 😥

I agreed a price for a replacement window and the surveyor came and a date was set. I paid a deposit , but a week later they rang to say they couldn't do it for the quoted price and that I would need to pay £200 more. I said no and eventually cancelled , 2 months later still waiting for a refund of the deposit after numerous calls and emails. Do not use! nothing but trouble.I have contacted the Trading Standards Agency and Citizens Advice.

My friend, an 74 year old pensioner, a few months ago paid to have brickwork sealed !!!, yes, £500 but as yet not been .
She has asked for her money back, guess what, it hasn’t come yet and they phoned her yesterday for more money , they have threatened her with solicitors etc.
Fortunately her daughter is a solicitor.
I think people will have to stand together and expose this company as there an awful lot of you.

Avoid this company and go somewhere reputable!!!

I had to have my windows fitted on two separate dates, which were 6 weeks apart - due to the measurements being wrong. When they did fit the upper bay window there was grout and caulk/sealant left on the bedroom carpet. I naturally approached the company and have been fobbed off and ignored time and again and it is now over just short of 13 months since I placed my order with them.

There has ben two occasions where I noticed the upvc fascias coming away - one internal and one external - where I have had to get them to visit and rectify.

Pay a fraction more and use a well known national company, these are nothing but trouble.

Can’t give any less than a zero. I received a missed call and when I tried to follow it up the last in the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He hung up on me when I informed him that my ex wife is in the property and not me. I called back to see why he hung up on me and again he was rude and abusive in tone. Never ever use this company. I’m glad we didn’t.
You have been warned!.

If you want to be insulted and then receive sexist discrimination in your own home this is the company for you! If you Like you be harassed with several phone calls a day and make multiple unkpt appointments get in touch now!!!!

SCAMMERS don’t use this lot, they rip old people off. Tried charging my elderly mother hundreds of pounds to replace a door panel, took cheque of 453 just as a deposit. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely disgusted in the telephone call I received from these today, after I told the guy that I had already had a telephone call from his colleagues earlier he told me he had the call records in front of him and that I would “do nothing” I would avoid this company at all costs

The business bombarded a 86 year old women whilst she was on her own and managed to persuade her to hand a cheque over for £1000's. Prior to this there had been countless cold calls and pestering. Shame on green measures. Avoid like the plague!

Just had a cold called ask where my details had come from as they were making no sense and clear breach of GDPR.
When I challenged the caller he got defensive.. then I spoke to his manager then his manager until I was speak to Sahara the branch manager, very rude not professional

Keep getting cold calls from this company that verges on harassment multiple times a day. I phoned to ask to take me off their dialling list and the person put the phone down on me. I phoned back and I said please don’t be so disrespectful and cut me off. The lady claimed it wasn’t her, I returned you have the same voice, cut me off again. Horrible attitude, nil respect and utter contempt for the industry she works in. From the experience of these calls- I would say stay well clear!

Total scammers... they lie kn every call, overcharge for poor quality products, I actually got better windows locally 35% cheaper..... sales people are old style con artists.... I had to sue them to get my money back.... lets close them down people... Directors are all con men too and hide away.... typical cowerds .... office staff lie every time you call them.... I just issued them to court in the end .... and yes they paid up

This company are the biggest rip off company, they have been to my mum (who has the start of dementia) for the third time and taken money off her. That we will not get back. AGAIN. Hate them. How any if them sleep at night god knows.

Recently had all my windows done and I have to say how happy I am with the company and the installation. I really can’t understand the bad reviews as they have always been great company from my experience.

How I wished I had read these reviews before I used these awful people. One of their salesmen called to give me a quote for a new solid roof for my conservatory. In order to close the sale he promised to have insulation fitted "free of charge", so I signed up. Of course, when the fitters eventually came to do the job they said they knew nothing about fitting the insulation. The salesman had obviously lied. As I had no proof of what had been said, I had to accept that I had been scammed, as when I contacted customer services, they denied all knowledge of fitting the insulation as it hadn't been put on the agreement.
The workmanship on the roofing was not ideal as they had left large unsealed gaps between the new roof and the existing structure and the sliding door to the garden, now keeps jamming.
They did send a person called Andrew to supposedly sort out these problems, but all he was interested in was getting me to spend more money. He left in quite a strop when I wouldn't.
If you check out the company on the Companies House site you will see they haven't supplied any company accounts since 31/12/2018. This is usually a sign of a company in financial difficulty so I would advise anyone who is contacted by them, DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.

Do not use this company they take advantage of the old and vulnerable.
Will not respond to complaints either.
