Great service, product and price. Nice one

Amazing service from GoKarts4u! Had some supplier issues with COVID etc and following advice and guidance they were able to provide a Go Kart which my child absolutely loves! Great service and would not hesitate to use again!

Very helpful delivery guy.. Very well packed.. good instructions.. Super end-product and very solid and well made. My son is very happy, as am I.

Excellent service with this company, my disabled sons jeep was well luved by my son, He is very pleased with it. The help i received was great as i was having a few probs when ordering, but very professional and informative. Delivery time was good considering the lockdown. So great all round and a very happy son. Thank you.

I was really pleased with the quality of the go kart however it was not made clear on the website that it had to be constructed on arrival. I would not have been able to do this alone.

After purchasing the item I was told it was not in stock and would take a number of weeks to get it. I understand that in the current situation, stock and deliveries are tricky but I would have preferred to know it was out of stock before purchasing it. They did however contact me quickly after payment to inform me, and offered me a refund if I preferred. Still waiting for item to arrive so cannot review item yet.

I hadnt realised i placed my order after the store was closed for the holidays on Friday 20th Dec and im in Scotland, i left a note saying i needed it for christmasday and the store owner managed to get it to me by Monday 23rd, cant thank you all enough, my 11yr old son has Autism and really wanted one from santa, truely overwhelmed by the kindness from all who made this possible, Thanks amanda

Go Kart arrived much sooner than expected ! There were no instructions but this was remedied quickly when they were emailed to me. However it was then discovered some items were missing but again this was remedied quickly when they were sent via the post within a couple of days. Whilst the missing instructions and other items was annoying the company were contactable and very helpful in ensuring I got them quickly. Therefore I have given 4 stars for great customer service !
