Absolutely not recommendable
I paid for an order on December 12 and the state of the order has not made any progress since then (it is stuck to "payment accepted"), although the expected delivery date was supposed to be December 20. I wrote several times to customer service in the last month to cancel the order and obtain a refund, but received no reply (nor refund of course). I have now contacted the email address indicated by Paypal, but I will proceed with asking a Paypal refund in case I will still not receive any information.
Update to January 12: after mentioning an official complaint to the shop owner, he replied proposing either a 10% discount or a refund. However, when I asked for more details about the refund, the owner stopped replying again. Luckily, I contacted Paypal and received a refund from them almost immediately.
