Items not in stock
I had to call in to find out where my orders were and it turned out that one of them was not in stock so I had to cancel the whole order. They should indicate Lieferzeit on the website or they should at least inform their customers if they cannot deliver the items immediately. The person who dealt with my complaint was polite and the refund was super quick so there is an extra star for that. It is a shame because they have lovely items.
