There is no major issue on your part. But I delete most of the emails you sent me without reading. I believe reducing the amount of information you share might be a good idea as my other subscriptions do. Scarcity makes a source of information appear more valuable in this age.

I love that this company takes the time to educate it's customers on investing in precious metals. It has made a huge difference in my investing success. Mike Maloney's "Hidden secrets of money" series is a must watch and an education in itself, also 5 star customer service makes
Gold Silver the best in my opinion.

Overall the company is great, but there are some improving points that should be made: it doesn't allow you to link a Wise account for ACH pull nor to withdraw money, which increases greatly the cost for foreign investors. It would be great to reevaluate this policy. Another thing that bothers is the cost to withdraw money, too high. It would be great if it was possible to withdraw using crypto or ACH (including to Wise accounts), to reduce costs.

You are so efficient to the extend you have never disappointed me in any of my requests. You are prompt in your responses. You are so trust worthy and worth investing more into your company in the nearest future. You are worth relying on.

easy to use and good information on what's going on with my account

I like the content Mike has been using and the availability of precious metals to purchase; however, with that said, it takes too long; almost a week, for you to transfer funds from my designated bank account to my Goldsilver account to purchase metals. Because of the violatility of price, I was not able to take advantage of the dips before price increased.

Goldsilver business model makes it easy to buy and sell without going to a third party. The on ramp and off ramp of funds is straight forward and does require some setup of the Accounts beforehand but after that it is easy to manage.

Quick turn around for buys and sells.

I like the investment value historical performance chart and the choice to view gold and silver investments by type, including the circle pie chart showing the allocation percentages of each asset. Purchasing and selling is very easy to do. However, It would be nice if there was a limit for the storage fees.

I’ve been a customer for ten years and while the service was good for holding my assets. Agile for buying, easy to store, invoicing and storage costs are decent. The moment I needed to sell during the metals craze in February 2026 things were not that good. First of all their buy back prices for the same metals I had purchased was around 4% below spot, while I was getting offers of 5% above spot from other brokers. Second, when I requested my metals to be moved to the vault of another broker, located few streets from their current Brinks location, they took weeks to answer and I’m still waiting weeks after for the delivery to be performed, losing some good opportunities in the process.

With all the excelente resources/information you provide, and a 5 star support team, i was able , AT 40years old, to final understand Money!

Customer Service: Overall I do like goldsilver.com. Goldsilver.com requested documents which we provided to transfer holdings from a corporate account to a personal account. Nobody responded at all. Nobody said anything was missing or needed correction and it never happened. Meanwhile we feel maybe there is a better way to transfer our holdings. However, some mistrust has been created. Do we get customer service or not? When we are ready again to transfer our holdings to personal property (and pay the taxes for capital gains) will Goldsilver.com help us doing it. What are our options? Do we have to sell it, transfer the money to our corporation, then take capital gains, and buy the gold and silver again. If I have to do that we might as well work with another company. Is goldsilver.com more concerned about covering themselves legally and not trusting their customers to do their own part not to violate any laws in regards to reporting capital gains and paying taxes. Yes, I appreciate they want to make sure nobody steals the assets, but after we sent the documents we didn't hear back from goldsilver.com. Can we trust you?
