I bought a Cobra fairway wood, price was good delivery was excellent. Unfortunately although the delivery box and the club head cover were completly undamaged the club face which still has the manufacturers plastic cover on it has what looks like a deep score in it. This could only have happened before the cover was put on. I sent an email on Friday 6th with this information and at this time, Feb. 10th, I have not heard anything back. Not even a "Sorry were looking into this". This is pretty poor Customer Care.

A great company to buy sports equipment from no hassle at all

I bought a golf bag and it arrive three days after I placed my order. The bag was half the recommended price and 20 percent cheaper than the next lowest price.

your site is wonderfull as your prices but a store like yours I'd had many objects of tayloramade/adidas....

It took over three weeks for "in stock" items to arrive.
These were birdie presents and I was late in giving them as a result.
When the goods arrived I found that i'd been charged for a duplicate item - two identical putting mats arrived.

All in all I'm not at all happy with the store and won't shop here again.
Sorry for the poor review but this was a bad experience that i won;t be repeating.

I have bought golf equipment from Amazon, Direct Golf etc. over internet for a number of years and not had any difficulty with purchases.
I recently bought trousers and sent them back - refund promised but not yet forthcoming - over a week has passed.
I also bought a GPS over two weeks ago and it has not been despatched from warehouse.
Getting in contact with Golf Store Europe is almost impossible - my faith is turning to concern.
Be wary!!!

My email. Delivery time is long. Apart from that ok

My order was made on January 15th. Today, February 7th, it has not yet been delivered!!! The amount is very small. But I am waiting with confidence to receive it soon.

For such a small order it took to long to process the order.
