FINALLY RECEIVED A REFUND

Update 28.8.21
REFUND for order placed on 17.7.21 received on 26.8.21. No reply to my communications with them but out of the blue a refund was received. Have withdrawn the word SCAM ... but it remains terrible customer service and will not use them again.
Original review:
Order was fulfilled quickly but the returns service is non-existent. Have sent back a pair of golf shoes according to their returns protocol and have not been reimbursed. I tried to contact them via WhatsApp, email and telephone. Automatic answering service only by telephone and ZERO reply to email / WhatsApp. Do not buy from them.
