Excellent experience, no problems
I ordered an S24 FE phone (with charger and case), and S10 FE tablet. Everything came packed well, and the delivery was very fast (obviously deliveries are made from OEM warehouses all around Europe, and via air). And yes, all ordered products were 100% original and sealed, with manufacturer's EU warranty. One thing to watch out for are the prices, as they tend to fluctuate every week (probably because of supply and demand). I cannot comment on returns and replacements experience, since I didn't need them. But for purchasing and delivery, recommended.

The Motorola I ordered came after a few days, safely packaged.
I see people had various problems, but for me everything went great.

Terrible company
Terrible company, bought two iPhones transferred money in beginning of October awaiting stock I knew, company cancelled order for no reason some weeks later. Took many phone calls no one could tell me why cancelled, then they said could not transfer money back. Weeks of phone calls and stress, then someone on phone tried to reorder and send phones which were now in stock. Cancelled again. More phone calls asking for refund until eventually I had to threaten to call solicitor in The Netherlands to start legal proceedings. Finally they transferred the refund. I wouldn’t use this company ever again for whatever they sell and I suggest you order from different company.
