Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 55 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. People expressed deep frustration with the company's staffing decisions regarding facility safety enforcement. Consumers also strongly complained about unhelpful customer service representatives, corporate unresponsiveness, and a severe lack of empathy when dealing with sensitive and serious incidents. Though some customers were entirely dissatisfied with the corporate policies, a small group of people noted that certain individual staff members at specific gym locations were exceptionally lovely, amazing, and very pleasant to interact with during their daily fitness visits.

Garbage business

Garbage business, who fires an employee for following safety guidelines. And what kind of company allows people with knives. Especially when sikhs aren’t required to wear it everywhere.

Unsafe environment …

you fired a staff member for trying to keep your gym safe by following your own policy of no knives. Then proceeded to apologize to the person carrying. Not sure if you are aware of this, but a MACHETE falls under the same rules regardless of culture. I hope this employee gets a good lawyer and sues you. as it won't be such a good life after that.

Unfair firing of employee

Goodlife fitness in Windsor Ontario shouldn't have fired the employee over the person with the knife who entered goodlife fitness shouldn't have been allowed because this guy isn't in his own country he is in Canada if he can't respect our beliefs personally he should be deported to his own country an never allowed to return to Canada an as for firing the employee goodlife fitness should offer her job back not as an employee but the owner of goodlife fitness

Religious

Just saw the news that your company fired that poor girl that was trying to make the other members safe because of that person was upset he couldn’t have his religious dagger in the gym
I feel so bad for this girl who was trying to make the majority of the other members safe
I feel the same I do not feel safe on the streets knowing they have these daggers and I will cross the street religious or not it is a concealed weapon and the way society has become no one knows how a switch can flip and that weapon comes out
If I was told to remove a religious symbol at a gym because it made someone uncomfortable I have no problem removing it

I am disgusted that you would fire this girl for trying her best in a difficult and sensitive situation
If other members felt it was a weapon then it is her due diligence to protect your other clients
Why do people regardless religious or not have to wear weapons to work out

Safety should be the priority above anything else
I pray you do the right thing and rehire this girl with an apology
