chat bots all the way down

chat bots all the way down. scummy business that just implemented a new system that throws all your info straight into the bin. go through two layers of AI agents to get to a third AI agent instructed to tell you there's nothing goodlord can do.

be careful

Landlord accept us without any terms and conditions and gave us green light to rent their property. Agency took from us holding deposit and transfer us to goodlord. after a week of strestful providing documents like finance, saving, utility and all other information they decline us. Agency didnt refund us our holding deposit. just legal way of scamming people.

I had a great experience with Goodlord. The team was professional, cooperative, and easy to deal with.

There was a slight delay in approval, which I did not get yet, but it felt reasonable as it shows they work carefully and ensure all rights are properly protected.
Overall, a reliable and professional company.

I had a great experience with Daniel Wilcox .

I had a great experience with one of your team member named Daniel Wilcox. He was amazing, great working ethics and he was patient honestly which most people lack nowadays. I work as a GP so he was very understandable of been unable to speak on the day when i chased the calls and he arranged a follow up call to discuss in detail which was suitable for me. I must say he is great asset to your team and if people are as kind, patient and professional as he was then the journey goes smooth . Best of luck to him and once again genuinely thankful to him for his help.

Very easy to navigate and understand

Very easy to navigate and understand. Easy to upload documents using a mobile phone. Regular link to click on the next step. The bot is really clear on what needs to be done next.
Makes the whole experience of doing a removal easier, we don't need to remember everything, we are prompted to do the next steps.
