(Very) unfortunately new landlord uses goodlord.

In order to pass verification I have had to share a lot of my personal data with random third parties. Like my passport, selfie. Then connect my bank account through OpenBanking to another random third party that reads the last 12 (!!!) months of my transactions.

On top of all of this, after passing all of that they have also shared my data with yet another 2 companies - that are incessantly contacting me by email, phone and text to "help" me move, set-up my bills. ALL OF THAT WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

And that is all on top of their extremely poorly made service, that is just a pain to use.

I am **eagerly** awaiting for the inevitable compromise of my data through them and the third parties they use.

My recommendetion is to avoid them like the plague.

LUCAS! What can I say, quick, friendly, "no worries" happy attitude. I was on the verge of tears and he sorted my issue in seconds! THE BEST! And I love an online chat person that accepts a smiley face and returns them :)

Efficient and exceedingly friendly service. Well organised and informative making decisions easy. Discussion was unbiased and it was clear that the group new its clientele and its needs listening and taking note of conversation and developments

Everything has been so easy, from organising and paying our deposit, to creating our account and more. All of the staff I have interacted with have been extremely friendly and explained the necessary next steps in an easy way. Email communication has been very helpful and not over whelming with spam, they've got the perfect balance!

Spoke with Lucas regarding a couple of issues which required urgent attention. The matters were resolved quickly and efficiently. A great help.

Goodlord had a nice interface. It was nice and smooth to submit details. They even pre-filled details that were already submitted earlier. I wouldn’t do it better if I could. I would highly recommend it.

Ashley Clay was very helpful and talked me through the options for our tenants insurance. It was quick and easy to get set up.

Daniel Wilcox gave comprehensive and outstanding service. Moving home is stressful enough and he made that so much easier……and cheaper. Very impressed and will certainly recommend to friends and family.
