Blatant misuse of personal data

(Very) unfortunately new landlord uses goodlord.

In order to pass verification I have had to share a lot of my personal data with random third parties. Like my passport, selfie. Then connect my bank account through OpenBanking to another random third party that reads the last 12 (!!!) months of my transactions.

On top of all of this, after passing all of that they have also shared my data with yet another 2 companies - that are incessantly contacting me by email, phone and text to "help" me move, set-up my bills. ALL OF THAT WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

And that is all on top of their extremely poorly made service, that is just a pain to use.

I am **eagerly** awaiting for the inevitable compromise of my data through them and the third parties they use.

My recommendetion is to avoid them like the plague.

Great service

Everything has been so easy, from organising and paying our deposit, to creating our account and more. All of the staff I have interacted with have been extremely friendly and explained the necessary next steps in an easy way. Email communication has been very helpful and not over whelming with spam, they've got the perfect balance!
