Junk products and no customer service. Shortly after unsuccessfully trying to return a defective product, Norton A/V notified me that my email address and the password I had only used on GoodLuckBuy had been listed on the "Dark Web". Stay Away from them!

I placed an order on this site, but have never received anything. I tried to contact them by phone (the number indicated on this web site does not exist), same with Skype, needless to say no one replied to emails until I opened a dispute on Paypal, after that a message from the seller has arrived saying that my order is "declined"?! They "declined" a paid order, without informing the buyer about that and did not refund anything. Now I wait the Paypal to sort out this issue.
Don't waist your time and money,order elsewhere.

Good luck buying from this website! Read many negative reviews for this place, but since they were the only place selling silicone skins for my old Sony Ericcson, and since they were only charging £1.50 (inc postage) for it, I thought I'd risk it since I could swallow the loss if it came to it. That was a month ago. Naturally, no skin has arrived in the post. Have emailed constantly, and tried their Skype number too, and got no response from either. Clearly a con. AVOID!

Ordered a quadcopter transmitter from them but they sent me the incorrect one. For a full refund they want me to return the item and pay postage back to China even though they had sent the incorrect item.

They offered a part refund but wouldn't even respond when I said I wanted full refund plus postage costs.

I don't think I should pay this for a vendors mistake. The website doesn't seem to have a way of raising complaints like banggood, ebay or ali so you are at the whim of paypal...... oh dear.

I recently purchased several items from their website. They then changed the price by several hundred dollars and wanted me to buy. I used their live chat and was disconnected without any satisfaction. They were quite rude. There was no compromise offered and they told me that I should think of their employees rather than myself!

I bought a gimbal platform to stabilize a camera on quadrocopter. Here in Denmark it is not something you can buy on the corner of every street.
In GoodLuckBuy I found a very broad selection and competitive prices.
The actual product arrived after 10 days which is not bad knowing it is send from China. One part in package was missing but the GLB-team send out another one after I wrote an email with a picture of the package content. So after another 10 days I actually got all parts. And the product is working very well and I am very happy with the purchase.

I buy ALOT hobby/RC things over the internet,
After i've discovered goodluckbuy.com i thought...: hey they have lots of cool stuff and they are cheap !
Their 100% satisfaction guaranty is stapled all over the webpage....

I have ordered DHL shipping for fast delivery, it took them over 6 days to ship it...
I have ordered 4 items, 3 of those items were faulty or uncomplete.

Item (over 200$) was missing 45-50% of the parts. They promissed to resend missing parts, which they did after over 2 weeks. They have send it with normal HK post which takes 10-25 days to deliver which is a scandal because i payd over 40$ for DHL shipping so i could get it fast !!!

One item (electronics) is was not working at all 50$ to the trash !
On Skype support they told me that their supplier i sure that i am doing something wrong and there is nothing wrong with the item... (is that a joke?)

I have ordered package of 15 propellers wher 3 of them were broken... ( they've promised to resend (same as in #1 )

SUPPORT:
I was nicely supprised that Skype support service worked... first time... they took my call and the lady was helpful and nice.
After a couple of days i didn't hear anything from them, my calls were not answered. when i wrote to them i got some response, tho i got negative and ironic vibe from the support:

ME: I would like to request refund for my inccomplete order and the parts that do not work.
Support: ...WoooooW


My missing parts are now sent and i am looking foreward to see if there will be anything missing.

This was my first time experience with goodluckbuy.com and i will NEVER EVER return again.
They have many cool stuff, but it is just not worth it.
If you absolultley MUST, buy it from their EBAY instead with paypal, so you can make refund claim trough paypal if something goes wrong.
