Total scam
Total scam. I ordered some carpet tiles and after submitting the order I did not get a order confirmation notice and looking at my order again, wasn't charged any taxes which I found odd. The payment method I used sent me an email stating that my payment went to an individual versus a business account. There is no actual company contact information on the web site. Contact consists of sending them an email which is probably bogs as they never responded to my request for an estimated delivery date..

In August 2024 we ordered a lamp
In August 2024 we ordered a lamp, the following day there were two fraud charges on the VISA card, which we seldom use.
We noticed there was no confirmation and no item on our VISA statement.
VISA cancelled the card and sent us a new one.
The "red flag" was no confirmation email.
We emailed the company and never heard back.
