Highly recommended

I made my first order with a certain amount of trepidation given the higher than average prices. However, once I began using the products I became completely sold. I have done several projects ranging from minor touch ups to major restorations and have had nothing but excellent results. I have contacted customer support for advice a couple of times and received good information from them. I would recommend this company, and their products, without reservation.

The leather dye and filler do not work…

The leather dye and filler do not work as advertised. I watched a few of their videos and followed the directions exactly, and the area I was working on was splotchy and rough. I even redid the area as suggested by customer service with isopropyl alcohol, reapplying the filler and dye. I applied several coats of dye for a 2nd time. I had the same outcome after applying several coats of dye.

Sent a leather sample from my couch and…

Sent a leather sample from my couch and paid $30 for custom color. What they sent me was so far off I thought it was someone else's order. dyed my chair with it anyway, and now want to match my couch to the chair, so tried to order more of the same dye, and I have to pay the $30 custom order again. I am at $500 to dye a couch and a chair. This company is ridiculous.

Purchased this very expensive auto dye…

Purchased this very expensive auto dye kit based on reviews and thought that would be best since most expensive. Applied as directed after viewing several of their videos. At first seemed great. After a couple of months in summer heat dye/paint became very sticky. Product is not a good solution for worn leather certainly not what they claim “permanent solution”. IMO no better than other cheaper solutions.

Excellent Customer Service and Knowledge

Excellent Customer Service - they made us a custom color for our leather furniture. Very easy-to-use leather repair kits. Now our couch looks like new- we saved a ton of money on not buying new furniture. Highly recommend!

This Canadian based company is no help…

This Canadian based company is no help at all. I have emailed numerous times(they do not post a telephone number on their website). Every time they sent me a cut and paste reply(the SAME cut and paste reply). Following this cut and paste reply, I offered to "PAY" them for a dab of color from ONLY two different color samples so I can see which matches my leather furniture best/closest. They never respond to any other questions outside of their original cut and paste message.

On their cut and paste email they stated, "We change or tweak our online color chart as necessary" which is apparently some sort of 'reason' why they won't send me a sample.

I then offered to "PAY" them for whatever tweaked color they have at this time. But of course, there was no reply whatsoever.

What is the difference of me paying for them to send me two drops of color so I can see what matches, versus me buying a full supply of color for this project that may not match? They are definitely ok with taking people's money for a full supply of color, sight unseen. But they have some sort of religious disposition with taking people's money for a sample.

"Tweaking a color" does NOT mean anything. If I buy a dab of paint or a whole can of it. I will still end up with the same color whether it matches or not.

They also stated in the cut and paste email that they want me to cut a chunk of my furniture, mail it to them, and charge me $25 to match it. If they were a good company they would offer more help to their customers. Every other paint seller/manufacturer helps with color cards such as "heirloomtraditionspaint.com"
They don't even have to supply a color card to me. I will 'PAY' for just TWO LOUSY DROPS of paint on a 3x5 card. I will even send them a stamped return envelope AND a 3x5 card! Work with me here people!

This is from leathertouchupdye.com :

"We don't have physical color charts or samples, sorry. Colors can vary from dye lot to dye lot, can sometimes be tweaked and change so a color chart today may not reflect the actual color in the future. We change or tweak our online color chart as necessary.
