I have made many purchases through Google and most of the time it's been a great service however recently I ordered two blue-ray dvds believing that they would be in english but, they were not one I believe was in German I'm afraid as I do not speak that language, the other one was called before I awake I really don't know what language that was in the sellers really need to state what the language they are in. I also ordered a blue-ray dvd cleaner/repair the fluid was every where in he bag the plug was unusable thank goodness for PayPal I received my refund very quickly 99% of the time I've had a great experience shopping on google.

McAfee have been diabolical and underhanded an internet software company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Cancelled my account in January 2025 and have just spoken with my credit card company who informed me through their fraud team that McAfee had applied using my cards three times and strongly believe this to be fr...d. I strongly recommend if you have dealings with this company that you check with your credit card fraud department and they will tell you where your card has been placed and you can get them to delete from there. This is only open to the fraud teams.

Google do absolutely nothing but filter The address Cant be blocked either Loads of people are upset by this There should be a way to track these and an option to stop these all together If an email is not open these creeps don’t know if your email is live but Google need to respect that I don’t want these to start with but they just give lame excuses There is a strict option to regulate what searches but not to 100% stop them altogether I wished I could delete my gmail but it’s such an intricate operation I use DDG who can’t stop these either

I have been a Guide on Google for a few years now. I have always written truthful, honest and useful reviews for companies I have used. I try to make them interesting and if possible, humerous. I wrote one regarding an Insurance Company I used some time ago and still continue to use even now. The other day I found it had been removed and when I checked it said I had broken Googles rules regarding either receiving incentives for writing my review or that it was basically false. Now, I write these reviews for no remuneration from Google nor do I reveive anything from the companies concerned, I have even refused a discount offered to me by one company as a thank you for my good review. I simply told them, they earned and deserved it. So being accused by Google of this I find is offensive, insulting and a downright false accusation. What is even worse is it says you can appeal their judgement but then they don't give you any links or anything you can write to to challenge their decision. They are in fact, accuser, Judge, Jury and executioner. Google are not a trustworthy company. They got too big for their boots and do not give a damn about the people who help them freely and bully those who challenge them. This review is a challenge to Trustpilot to keep it up as it is all 100% true but Google will pressure Trustpilot to remove it. Google, if you would like this editing, then contact me direct to discuss why you lied about the validity of my review and don't offer any means of redressing it.

You received my return on 5th November. I was still getting emails 2 weeks later so I contacted your team to rectify this. 96 hours ago I was promised by Mary that this would be resolved within 48 hours. Now you have charged me for the item. Last night I was asked to wait another 48 hours. It is completely unacceptable that you have charged me. 5 people have now documented that this is the fault of Google yet none have issued my refund. All asking for more time yet you were happy to charge me for something which was quite clearly returned and received following all of your procedures. Absolutely disgraceful and I shall never buy from Google again.

Google is an good search engine but some time they shared our personal privacy within 1 click.

I've noticed so many of my reviews have been removed and now tagged as 'unpublished' Odd that all of these are negative and not one positive review has been affected. With nearly 300 reviews something smells rather bad. I will not bother making another.

Today I needed to withdraw money from my account and was advised it might take some time, so I prepared to wait. Do not buy a pixel fold off them there is a global issue and they do not help you. An experience that is going to cost me £2k. Customer service is very poor going back to Apple

I have had a google business profile for many years, to day they have blocked me from my account, they say that it is suspended because this profile doesn’t follow the guideline, very strange, utter rubbish, anyway we have seen a decline in visitors from google over the months and an increase form Facebook and Bing, I have now asked them to remove the business profile, I'm told that it could take a very long time, so good by Google and hello Bing, Facebook adds Generate more customers than Google.

The pixel 8a phone is a complete failure (see web reviews) Very poor performance and failures.
Passed pillar to post (20 replies in) many the same repeated replies in poor English.

As a user they refused to publish multiple reviews on maps . The reason that I was given on multiple occasions was that it had been flagged as fake engagement. That is right ! places I can verify that I've visited and services I've experienced in most cases as a paying customer. Are dismissed by their censorious AI as fake engagement . The amount of informative detail and precise description in my appraisals, actually strongly suggest that my experience was a authentic one. In reality google are the architect of fake engagement , The way that their video platforms auto play random videos and force it on to your history whether you like it or not and the way they push certain videos that promote ignorance and divisive disadvantage against certain groups of people are a couple of toxic example's . Another as I stated , is their world wide interreference in the visibility of a wide array user experiences. The high or respectable score's that most business's and institutions enjoy on Google is clearly an attempt to change the way people think and engage with those in a comparatively more powerful position then most individuals within a society.
Google want obedient customers for business and government . That is governments that pander to google's world wide dictatorship and war against enlightenment and the core principles of liberty. Which used to be the virtues of our western civilisation and separated us from the dark ages we once progressed from . Clearly google want to take us back not forward as a society and as a world .

Friendly and knowledgeable with good pricing and sorted my tyre repair quickly thanks

I purchased a Pixel 10 Pro from the Google Store in September. The first device was faulty, and the replacement they sent also had serious issues — freezing and shutting down repeatedly. I provided photo evidence and followed all steps to resolve this directly with Google.

Despite referencing my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and requesting a refund, Google has refused to offer one. They’ve only proposed another repair or replacement, even though both devices were unfit for purpose.

Due to recent health concerns, I urgently needed a reliable phone to stay connected with medical professionals and support networks. I had no choice but to purchase a different device at my own expense.

I’ve raised a Section 75 claim with my credit card provider and may pursue ADR if needed. Google has not confirmed their complaints procedure or participation in ADR, and their customer service has been unhelpful throughout and appears to be sending me automated responses.

Very disappointed with the product and the handling of the issue. I expected better from a company of this size.

Google chrome AI search very helpful with hypothyroidism alternative to medication options though important to vary the wording of the question several times. I guess this applies to AI generaly requires measured intelligence phrasing questions.

Google keeps making obvious errors; making statements that aren't true. Since the roll-out of AI the search results have gone rapidly downhill.
