A F Roofing and Carpentry

Alex Fannon expertly removed a collapsed garage roof that had fallen on top of our car. He went above and beyond in his efforts to support us, and we couldn't praise him enough for the professional job that he did. He executed the roof removal with skill and precision, and tidied up after himself faultlessly. His willing, friendly and generous manner ensured the experience was a complete success!

Google is indubitably criminal

Google is indubitably criminal; an heinous internet monster which abuses our lawful and human rights. It even preys on our children, abusing them too and creating a future they can hardly skip laughingly into. Google is an atrosity against humanity and ought to be outlawed for the good of decency and our children must be protected from it. Paedophilia isn't the only abuse we must protect our children from. Google, in its criminality has been maliciously abusing my online and human rights for years, solely because I disagree with its rights violations and am vocal about it. Google denies me online services with ludicrously fabricated error messages, maliciously denies me access to sites, ignores my settings choices, disallows me setting functions, etc, etc. The list of their wrongdoings is endless.

Google constantly using my financial details even after I have cancelled any subscriptions. Given the recent Epstein Files and Bill Gates involvement this company needs a full investigation as no better than third world scammers.

Fantastic coats

I have ordered 6 of the suits over the last 7 years for various dogs and wanted to say that even the oldest ones are still waterproof and warm. They still wash well and zips still work well. Your coats are amazing. Thank you

Massive and souless company to big to even bother with accountability.

Wasted so much of my time trying to list my business in Google maps and the insane requests they ask to verify.

Automated response when you reach out for help. Just awfull and desperate for some competition to force their standards up

Terrible Customer Service @ Bluewater TG Fridays

Visited the Bluewater Restaurant last Saturday, 31st Jan @ 7 pm, had to wait 10 minutes for a waiter to initially come to the table, who took our order for drinks & food, she came back 5 minutes later with only one drink out of 3 (soft drinks all of them), then she went off and dissapeared, the rest of the drinks were served 10 minutes later, and after 30 minutes wait for the food we had to speak to a separate waitrese to check our food order, she went off and never gave us an update on it, then 10 minutes later the original waiter came to the table to admit that she had forgotten to place the food order and apologised.
Now sitting there for over 55 minutes, eventually the food arrived, which was actually really good. After enjoying our meal, we asked for the bill. When another 15 minutes passed with no sign of it, we decided to get up and leave to get their attention. Surprise - Surprise! It was then that they realised that the haven't billed us and called us apologising and offering a small discount . It really shouldn't take this long and effort from the customers to enjoy a meal, a painful experience, and very poor customer service!
Having read other reviews, this is clearly not a one-off incident

"Hair @ No 1" in Buckley

I went to "Hair @ No 1" in Buckley for a cut and blow dry.
I haven't been to a hairdresser for ten years, so i was a little nervous. I needn't have been because Hayley was very friendly and put me at ease straight away.
She has cut my hair very short (my request) and done a really nice cut. The salon is nicely set out and comfortable and I shall go again soon.

Butchers Slop Dog Food

I’ve already complained recently about how disappointed I have been with their new recipe…I have since put my dogs constant scratching & paw licking down to the very poor quality of Butchers tined tripe loaf variety pack..to which I’ve had to add supplements myself which cured the problem…but it gets worse….the top 25mm in the can is just jelly which my dogs aren’t interested in…the latest batch is full to the top with substandard food that has a cavity the size of a broom stick running down the middle of the tin fully filled with jelly….well today this all stops,,,after 10 years I won’t be poisoning my dogs with this stuff anymore at the expense of the manufacturers greed…Done with them.

Only wished all online shopping service was as good as Lily's at Pestfix.

Placed an order for Trappit with Pestfix in the morning. By early afternoon, the same day, the order has been processed and delivery arranged for the next day.
A really competitive price offered.
You cannot get better than that.
A big thank you to Lily at Pestfix for her helpful, courteous manner. I hope Pestfix realise what an asset she is to their company

I purchased a Google Pixel phone in May…

My Partner Paul purchased a Google Pixel phone in May 2025. Within the 12‑month warranty period, the device developed a serious fault: the screen became pixelated and stripy, and then completely failed, refusing to turn on. He returned the phone to the EE store for repair or replacement. EE confirmed they could not repair it and escalated the matter to Google.

Google has now claimed the phone is “broken” due to alleged damage. This is categorically false. The phone has never been dropped, mishandled, or treated roughly. He has taken exceptional care of it. The only mark on the device is a minor scratch on the back, which in no way explains or causes a total screen failure. To suggest this scratch proves the phone was dropped is unreasonable and misleading.

We are both outraged by this response. A phone that fails within its warranty period is clearly defective. It is unacceptable for Google to dismiss a manufacturing fault as “customer damage” and demand over £500 for a replacement. This breaches my consumer rights under the warranty and under UK consumer law.

We demand immediate resolution: a full repair or replacement at no cost. If Google and EE continue to deny responsibility, we will escalate this complaint formally through the relevant consumer protection channels, including Trading Standards and the Ombudsman.

This is a defective product, and I will not accept being blamed for a fault that is clearly not his.

Never use this company

Please do not use this company. They rip you off constantly. Missed collections constantly and then charge you for the service they haven't provides and then charge for over weight because the bin isn't emptied correctly the week before.
Staff are disgusting. They lie, take money from your bank and threaten you with legal. The CEO of this organisation should be legally charged, if you can ever find out who it is. Biggest fraud company out there.

Absolutely devastated the Google photos have stolen my 2025 memories

Would give no stars if possible! I will never in my life ever trust Google! Had it photo app that came with Samsung mobile. Never used it for 5 years but them message came up to back up my photos on it! As I thought it was part of my Samsung backed up my photos! Then it within a day it asked for money as storage was getting full. So I deleted the app as all my photos stored in my Samsung Gallery. Absolutely devastated as the Google photo App has taken all my holiday cruise photos from this 2025 & very special memories of people who are no longer alive! These people are sharks, don't ever use Google photos if you want to keep your photos safe. I am so devastated will never use my mobile to take photos again & will be buying a camera. Why do they say technology is an improvement. I will only ever use my mobile for call in future.

Google lets down it loyal user.

I have been using Google for 20 years, right from the beginning and they were so innovative.

Now it seems they just don't care about their loyal users anymore.

Here is an example from today; I keep getting messages that my account is almost full and they want to sell me additional space etc. So having some time I decided to go through the account and get rid of unnecessary stuff.

Next thing I know - WITH NO WARNING AT ALL - "Google has temporarily disabled your account". Now I cant access my account anymore.

Where is the logic in treating a long term user in this way!

Their stupid action and behaviour has forced me to set up an alternative email account with another provider as I cannot have such an event happening again.
